Pola hubungan sosial dalam bagi hasil :: Studi pada usaha tani tambak ikan di Desa Duren Mekar Kecamatan Sawangan Kota Depok Jawa Barat

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pola hubungan sosial yang terjadi di antara sesama produsen usaha tani tambak ikan dalam sistem bagi hasil, masalah yang diajukan adalah meliputi: pertama, Mengenai argumen produsen usaha tani tambak ikan memilih bagi hasil sebagai pola hubungan kerja mereka serta pola bagi hasil yang disepakati oleh keduanya. Kedua, Argumen produsen memilih pola bagi hasil tersebut, meski terkadang pekerja cendrung berada di pihak yang lemah, apakah hal ini ada korelasinya dengan reward yang mereka peroleh dalam kesepakatan tersebut. Subyek penelitian adalah para produsen yang mewakili para pemilik lahan dan pekerjanya pada usaha tani tambak ikan di Desa Duren Mekar Kecamatan Sawangan Depok Jawa Barat. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi langsung pada lahan pertanian tambak ikan di Desa Duren Mekar serta wawancara dengan para produsen yang meliputi semua mekanisme hubungan sosial –hubungan kerja- antar produsen selama masa sebelum dan sesudah perjanjian kerja tesebut berlangsung. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pola hubungan kerja bagi hasil yang disepakati dalam studi ini adalah sistem maro, sistem ini memberikan ketentuan yang ditetapkan oleh pemilik lahan dan pekerja, dimana mereka memperoleh hasil yang seimbang. Masyarakat masih mempertahankan sistem maro, karena sistem ini dalam pandangan masyarakat memberikan penghasilan yang cukup serta memenuhi unsur keadilan. Selain itu, pemilik lahan dan pekerja memperoleh reward yang bersifat material dan immaterial yang dapat memperluas hubungan sosial.

The present research was aimed to observe a pattern of social relationship that take place among the farm enterprise producer of fishpond at the deelbouw system, the problem proposed including; first, About the argument of the farm enterprise producer of fishpond has choose the profit sharing as their work relationship pattern and the deelbouw agreed. Second, The argument of producer to choose the deelbouw pattern, althought sometime the labor tends to be in the weak party, if it was the correlation with the reward obtained in these agreements. The subject was the producer represented the land ownerships and they workers on the farm enterprise of fishpond in Duren Mekar Village, Sub district of Sawangan Depok, West Java. Data collection was conducted by direct observation at the farm land of fishpond in Duren Mekar Village and interview with the producer including all social relationship mechanism – work relationship – among producer before and after the work agreement is going on. The result indicate that work relationship pattern of deelbouw agreed in this study is maro system. It gives the stipulation established by the land ownership and the worker, in which they get a balancing result. The society were still maintained the maro system, since this system in the society were still maintained the maro system, since this system in the society opinion gives an enough income and meets the justice element. In addition, the land ownership and the worker acquires a material and immaterial reward which can widening the social relationship.
