Perilaku moral dan religiusitas siswa berlatar belakang pendidikan umum dan agama

2006 | Tesis | S2 Psikologi (Psikologi Pendidikan)Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti perbedaan perilaku moral dan religiusitas siswa berlatar pendidikan umum dan agama. Subjek penelitian ini adalah 146 siswa kelas VIII (76 siswa SMP dan 70 siswa MTs). Pengumpulan data penelitian dengan skala perilaku moral, skala religiusitas I (aspek keyakinan, peribadatan, penghayatan, pengamalan) dan skala religiusitas II (aspek pengetahuan).. Uji hipotesis dilakukan dengan manova. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada perbedaan perilaku moral antara siswa berlatar belakang umum dengan siswa berlatar belakang pendidikan agama. Kemudian perilaku moral siswa berlatar belakang pendidikan umum lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan perilaku moral siswa berlatar belakang pendidikan agama. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tidak ada perbedaan religiusitas siswa sekolah umum dengan berlatar belakang pendidikan umum. Besarnya pengaruh perilaku moral terhadap religiusitas digambarkan dengan nilai F = 30,653; p < 0,001. Selain itu ada hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara perilaku moral dengan religiusitas (R= 0,419; p < 0,001).
The aim of this research was to examine the differences of moral behavior and religiousity between student’s public school and students Moslem’s school in Bantul. Subject this research were 146 students of 8 levels (76 student’s public school and 70 student’s Moslem’s school). Data collection of this research are concerning with moral behavior scale, religiousity scale I (the ideological, the ritualistic, the experiential, the consequential dimensions), religiousity scale II (the intellectual dimension). Hypothesis testing used multivariate analysis of variance. The research showed that there was significant difference between student’s moral behavior of the student’s public school and student’s Moslem’s school. Then the moral behavior of the students in public school was better than the moral behavior of the students in Moslem’s school. The research showed that no differences of the religiousity between student’s public school and student’s Moslem’s school. The effect of moral behavior to religiousity was reflected in the value of F = 30,653; p < 0,001. The result also suggested that relationship between moral behavior and the religiousity was significant (r = 0,419; p < 0,001).
