Penelitian ini berjudul Transformasi Unsur Fabel dalam Puisi untuk Anak Tikus Berpantun Karya Maria Amin. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan bentuk transformasi unsur fabel dalam puisi untuk anak Tikus Berpantun serta mendeskripsikan niatan dan sikap pengarang terhadap pentransformasian unsur fabel dalam puisi anak Tikus Berpantun. Sesuai dengan tujuan tersebut, penelitian ini menggunakan metode intertekstual. Untuk itu langkah-langkah yang ditempuh untuk menentukan bentuk pentransformasian unsur fabel dalam puisi untuk anak Tikus Berpantun adalah melalui pembandingan antarkedua kelompok teks. Dari pembandingan itu akan ditemukan bentuk-bentuk transformasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat unsur transformasi pada sajak-sajak kumpulan puisi Tikus Berpantun. Adanya transformasi itu menunjukkan penerimaan dan tanggapan pengarang terhadap cerita fabel sebagai teks hipogram. Bentuk-bentuk pentransformasian meliputi bentuk (I) Transformasi Alur, bentuk (II) Transformasi Penokohan, bentuk (III) Transformasi Latar, dan bentuk (IV) Transformasi Tema. Sikap dan niatan pengarang mengangkat kembali cerita fabel ke dalam puisi untuk anak adalah cerita fabel disikapi, diterima, dan diperlakukan oleh pengarang sebagai suatu bentuk budaya yang bernilai tinggi yang tidak pernah ketinggalan zaman.

This research is entitled Transformasi Unsur Fabel dalam Puisi untuk Anak Tikus Berpantun Karya Maria Amin (The Transformation of the Elements of Fable in Nursery Rhymes in Tikus Berpantun by Maria Amin). The aim of this research is to describe the forms of transformation of the elements of fable in nursery rhymes in Tikus Berpantun as well as to describe the intention and the attitude of the author towards the transformation of the elements of fable in nursery rhymes in Tikus Berpantun. In accordance with the said aims, this research uses intertextual methode. In this context, the steps taken to determine the forms of transformation of the elements of fable in the nursery rhymes in Tikus Berpantun are through comarison between the two text groups. Based on the comparison, forms of transformation are found out. The result of this research shows the there are elements of transformation in the collection of nursery rhymes in Tikus Berpantun. The transformation shows the acceptance and the respond of the authors towards the fable story as a hypogram text. The forms of transformation include (I) the form of plot transformation, (II) the form of character transformation, (III) the form setting transformation, and (IV) the form theme transformation. The authors attitude and intention in their reintroduction of fable to nursery rhymes are those in which fables are responded, accepted and created by authors as a for of hyghly valued cultural forms which never go out of date.
