Pendahuluan: RSD Panembahan Senopati sekarang berada di era penuh persaingan dengan berdirinya beberapa rumah sakit, di tengah tengah masyarakat Kabupaten Bantul yang memiliki kecenderungan ekonomi yang makin membaik. Disisi lain kinerja RSD Panembahan Senopati perkembangannya lambat dilihat dari beberapa indikator rumah sakit, hal tersebut terungkap dari beberapa keluhan pasien terhadap kinerja petugas maupun ketidak puasan karyawan rumah sakit sendiri terhadap kebijakan menejemen. Hal tersebut mendorong menejemen melakukan perubahan manajerial dengan menerapkan pengelolaan keungan rumah sakit swadana, penerapan tarip unit cost dengan memunculkan jasa keperawatan dengan pertimbangan perawat merupakan karyawan yang prosentasenya paling banyak dan yang bekerja secara profesional. Perhitungan secara manual terhadap beban kerja perawat dan jasa keperawatan sulit karena pasien kondisinya selalu berubah-ubah sehingga penelitian ini bertujuan apakah penerapan SIM Beban Kerja Perawat dan Jasa Keperawatan (SIM BKPJK) dapat menghitung lebih akurat beban kerja dan jasa keperawatan sehingga meningkatkan kepuasan kerja perawat. Metode Penelitian: Penelitian ini dirancang menggunakan metode studi kasus implemetasi software beban kerja perawat dan jasa keperawatan, dan survei hasil implementasi software tersebut. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah perawat dan pasien di Instalasi Rawat inap ruang Flamboyan dan Melati. Penelitian ini menggunakan kuisioner dan cheak-list. Hasil Penelitian: Hasil penelitian ini secara kuantitatif pengoperasionalan SIM BKPJK tidak membebani atau menyulitkan perawat, akan tetapi secara kualitatif dari data informasi SIM BKPJK dan manual hasilnya yang sama pada observasi I sebesar 55,58% dan meningkat pada observasi II sebesar 74,78%. Persepsi perawat terhadap kepuasan kerja pada penggunaan SIM BKPJK masih ragu-ragu.

Introduction: Panembahan Senopati hospitalies currently is tightly competing with several developing hospitals in the growing social econamically population of Bantul district. Sowever Panembahan Senopati hospital has shown poor performance, based on some indicators within the hospital, and some complaints of patient to the employee services and unsatisfied employees to management policies. Based on this situation management is encouraged to perform some changes in management policy as to take advantage of “Financial Management Swadana of Hospital”, recovering unit cost with consideration to improve nurse services and competencies, considering thad that nurses are the most and professional employees. Manual calculation to the work load of nurse and competencies will be too hard since the patients condition were always changing. The survey considered whether using software of nurse work load and competencies was able to calculate accurately, and as a result, satisfied all employees and those who would require Panembahan Senopati Hospital services. Metods: This observation is based on the cases study of implementation of nurses workload and competency software, motivation and job satisfaction of nurses were also evaluated as consequences of this sofware implementation.. The sample was taken in Flamboyan and Melati wards with questionnaires and chek-lists. Findings: The results of this observation were thad the operational of SIMBKPJK (nurses work load and competency software) of Flamboyan and Melati wards were considered not to be a burden or not so difficult. The quality of informed data was different between manual and computerized (SIM-RS), in the first observation had 55,58% and raised up to 74,78% in the second observation. Nurse perception on the job satisfaction of SIM BKPJK implementation was not significant.
