Pengaruh instrumen umpan balik terhadap kinerja pengelola unit pelayanan kesehatan Gigi Puskesmas di Kabupaten Boyolali

Sebagian besar dokter gigi tersebut adalah wanita. Hanya 1 poliklinik dan 60% dari 26 Puskesmas memiliki peralatan yang standar untuk pelayanan kesehatan gigi. Dua puluh tiga Puskesmas mempunyai rata-rata kunjungan pasien 5 orang/hari, di bawah target nasional 9 orang/hari. Penilaian kinerja dengan instrumen umpan balik terhadap dokter gigi jarang dilakukan. Tujuan : Untuk uji coba instrumen umpan balik dalam penilaian kinerja eksekutif di unit pelayanan kesehatan gigi Puskesmas untuk meningkatkan manajemen kesehatan gigi. Metode penelitian : Metode penelitian adalah penelitian eksperimental semu terhadap instrumen umpan balik yang berpengaruh terhadap kinerja personal pengelola unit pelayanan gigi di Puskesmas Boyolali. Penelitian dilakukan terhadap pengelola unit pelayanan kesehatan gigi di 24 Puskesmas di Kabupaten Boyolali yang dibagi dalam 2 kelompok, masing masing 12 Puskesmas. Data diambil dengan dari kuesioner pada 2 kelompok responden dan dilaksanakan sebanyak 2 kali dengan selang waktu 1 bulan. Pada salah satu kelompok responden, diberikan umpan balik hasil kuesioner tersebut. Data hasil penelitian dianalisis secara statistik dengan uji t-test. Hasil penelitian : Instrumen umpan balik ada pengaruh dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja pengelola unit pelayanan kesehatan gigi Puskesmas di Boyolali.
Background: The manpower ratio of PNS (civil servants) to PTT (non permanent civil servants with contract) of 20 dentists in Boyolali local government clinics (Puskesmas) is 50:50. Most of the dentists are female. Only 1 polyclinic and 60% of 26 local government clinics have standards equipments for dental health service. Twenty three of local government clinics have patient visit average 5 patients / day, which is under the national goals ( 9 patients / day). Performance assessment with feed back instrument for the dentists were rarely done. Objective : To examine feed back instrument in assessing employee performance of dental health service unit in local government clinic to improve dental health management. Method: The method of research is quasy experimental design for assessing employee performance of dental health service unit of local government clinic in Boyolali Regency. Dental health service in 24 local government clinic involved in this research, divided into 2 groups of 12. Data were collected with quesionare from this two groups responden and have been done twice with 1 month interval. The feed back from first quessionare were given only to one of that two groups. The data were analyzed statistically by t test. Result : Feed back instrument influence and not significan to the employee performance of dental service unit of local government clinic in Boyolali Regency.
