Dalam Tesis ini dibahas syarat perlu dan cukup untuk kestabilan matriks, baik menggunakan Compound matriks maupun ukuran Lozinskii, disamping itu juga dibahas aplikasi kestabilan matriks pada model epidemi SEIR.

In this thesis, a necessary and sufficient condition for the stability of matrix with compound matrix and Lozinskii measures are discussed. In the other side, the application of matrix stability on SEIR epidemic model is also considered.
