Pola peresepan di Apotek Kota Jogjakarta bulan Juli-Oktober 2004

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran pola peresepan di apotek kota Jogjakarta, dan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar kesesuaian penulisan resep, serta untuk mengetahui seberapa besar kesesuaian farmasetik resep di apotek kota Jogjakarta. Pengumpulan data pola peresepan diperoleh secara retrospektif dengan cara melakukan observasi terhadap resep-resep dokter yang ada di apotek kota Jogjakarta pada bulan Juli - Oktober 2004. Data yang diperoleh berupa : data pola peresepan yang meliputi jumlah rata-rata obat per resep, persentase resep dengan obat generik, persentase resep dengan antibiotika, dan persentase resep dengan injeksi; data kesesuaian penulisan resep yang meliputi kejelasan tulisan, kelengkapan resep, keaslian resep, kejelasan instruksi; serta data kesesuaian farmasetik resep yang meliputi dosis, bentuk sediaan dan cara pemberian obat. Data tersebut kemudian di analisis secara deskriptif non analitik. Kelengkapan resep dibandingkan dengan standar pelayanan kefarmasian di apotek, sedangkan dosis obat dibandingkan terhadap buku standar yaitu Informatorium Obat Nasional Indonesia 2000. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan gambaran pola peresepan di apotek kota Jogjakarta meliputi : jumlah rata-rata obat per resep sebanyak 2,3, persentase resep dengan obat generik sebesar 32%, persentase resep dengan antibiotika sebesar 18 %, dan persentase resep dengan injeksi sebesar 0,2%. Kesesuaian penulisan resep di apotek kota Jogjakarta meliputi : tulisan tangan dokter yang tidak dapat dibaca dengan jelas sebesar 3%, penulisan lembar resep yang tidak lengkap sebesar 99%, resep yang diobservasi yang merupakan resep asli sebesar 100%, dan instruksi yang terdapat di dalam resep yang tidak jelas sebesar 15%. Kesesuaian farmasetik resep di apotek kota Jogjakarta meliputi : jumlah rata-rata dosis yang sesuai dengan standar adalah sebesar 46%, dosis yang tidak sesuai standar sebesar 29%, obat yang tidak tercantum dosisnya sebesar 13%. Dosis yang tidak dapat dievaluasi karena tidak adanya data umur dan berat badan yaitu sebesar 12%. Cara pemberian dan bentuk sediaan telah sesuai dengan umur pasien.

The aim of this research is to knows and to describe the pattern of prescription, how far the suitability of prescribing and pharmaceutical at pharmacy in Jogjakarta. The data of prescription pattern collected with restropective analytic using observation of prescriptions at pharmacy in Jogjakarta Juli – Oktober 2004. Data of prescription pattern includes : the avarage of drugs per prescription, percentage drugs with generic name, percentage drugs with antibiotic, and percentage drugs with injection. The data suitability of prescription includes : certainty of prescription, complete of prescription, original of prescription, and certainty of instruction. The data suitability of pharmaceutical includes : doses, dosage form, rute of administration. The data analyzed by a statistic of non analytic descriptive. The complete of prescription compared with pharmaceutical care standard in pharmacy 2004, while doses compared with IONI 2000. The result shows that prescription pattern at pharmacy in Jogjakarta includes : the avarage of drugs per prescription was 2,3, percentage drugs with generic name was 32%, percentage drugs with antibiotic was 18%, and percentage drugs with injection was 0,2%. The data suitability of prescription includes : handwriting of physician that cannot be read clearly was 3%, prescription is not complete was 99 %, original of prescription was 100%, and the instruction of prescription that was not clear was 15%. The data suitability of pharmaceutical of prescription includes : the avarage doses that suitable with standard was 46%, the avarage doses that not suitable with standard was 29%, and the drugs that not obtained in prescription was 13 %. Doses cannot evaluated was 12 %, because weight and age of patient was not obtained in the prescription.
