Hubungan antara komitmen terhadap organisasi dengan kinerja Dosen Pembelajaran Klinik di Akper Swasta di Pekanbaru

Latar Belakang. Perawat merupakan salah satu kelompok tenaga kesehatan yang mempunyai peranan penting dalam pelayanan kesehatan. Lembagalembaga pendidikan perawat belum menghasilkan tenaga yang siap pakai. Di Pekanbaru Propinsi Riau, terdapat tiga Akper Swasta. Kebanyakan staf pengajar pembelajaran klinik berstatus dosen tidak tetap. Tujuan. Untuk mengetahui hubungan antara faktor demografis, komitmen terhadap organisasi dan persepsi terhadap sarana dan prasarana dengan kinerja dosen pembelajaran klinik. Metode. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan cross sectional yang dilakukan di Akper Swasta di Pekanbaru. Subjek penelitian adalah semua dosen Akper Swasta Pekanbaru. Variabel bebas terdiri dari karekteristik dosen, komitmen, persepsi tentang sarana dan prasarana serta karakkteristik responden. Variabel terikat kinerja dosen di Akademi Perawat Swasta di Pekanbaru. Hasil : Hasil uji korelasi product moment menunjukan bahwa kinerja administrasi berhubungan secara signifikan dengan komitmen (r=0.432), persepsi terhadap organisasi (r=0.348), umur (r=-0.435), pendidikan (r=-0.474), beban per semester (r=0.401), pekerja di tempat lain (r=-0.267). Tingkat kehadiran dalam proses belajar mengajar berhubungan secara signifikan (p<0,05) dengan Komitmen terhadap organisasi (r=0.302), pendidikan (r=-0.298), masa kerja (r=0.268) dan bekerja di tempat lain (r=-0.519). Hasil uji regresi linier berganda menunjukkan kinerja dipengaruhi komitmen dan persepsi terhadap organisasi, umur, pendidikan, beban mengajar pada semester yang lalu dan bekerja di tempat lain. Komitmen terhadap organisasi merupakan faktor yang mempunyai determinasi paling kuat terhadap kinerja administrasi. Tingkat kehadiran dipengaruhi oleh komitmen, pendidikan, masa kerja dan bekerja di tempat lain. Faktor dominan yang mempengaruhi tingkat kehadiran adalah dosen bekerja di tempat lain. Kesimpulan. Background: Nurse is one of the health care providers who have important role in the health service. Nursing education institution was not yet creating a ready used health care provider. In Pekanbaru province of Riau, there were three private nursing academies. Most of the clinical learning lecturer was part time lecturer. Objective: In order to find out the relationship between demography factor, commitment toward organization and perception toward facility and infrastructure with the work productivity of clinical learning lecturer. Method: This was a cross sectional design that was implemented in private nursing institution in Pekanbaru. The subject of this research was lecturer of private nursing academy in Pekanbaru. The independent variable consisted of characteristic of lecturer, commitment, perception about facility and infrastructure as well as respondent’s characteristic. The dependent variable was lecturer work productivity in private nursing academy in Pekanbaru. Result: The result of product moment correlation showed that the administration work productivity had significant relationship with commitment (r=0.432), perception toward organization (r=0.348), age (r= - 0.435), education (r = - 0.474), load per semester (r=0.401), worker in other place (r = - 0.267). The presence level in learning process had significant relationship (p<0,05) with commitment toward organization (r=0.302), education (r= - 0.298), length of work (r = 0.268) and work in other place (r = - 0.519). The result of double linear regression showed that the work productivity influenced by commitment and perception toward organization, age, education, teaching load in the last semester and working in other place. Commitment toward organization was the most determinant factor toward work productivity administration. The level of presence was influenced by commitment, education, length of work and work in other place. The most dominant factor that influenced the level of presence was lecturer who worked in other place. Conclusion: Commitment had relationship with administration work productivity and presence level of lecturer in the learning process.
