Studi Komparatif Kinerja Keuangan PT Sinar Mas Agro Resources and Technology Tbk Sebelum Hingga Setelah Pandemi Covid-19

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) mengetahui tren kinerja keuangan PT Sinar Mas Agro Resources and Technology Tbk sebelum, selama, dan setelah pandemi Covid-19, (2) mengetahui perbedaan kinerja keuangan PT Sinar Mas Agro Resources and Technology Tbk sebelum, selama, dan setelah pandemi Covid-19. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan data sekunder berupa laporan keuangan PT Sinar Mas Agro Resources and Technology Tbk yang diperoleh melalui website resmi perusahaan. Metode dasar yang digunakan adalah analisis dekriptif dan analisis komparatif. Komponen-komponen dalam laporan keuangan perusahaan dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis rasio keuangan yang terdiri dari current ratio, quick ratio, cash ratio, debt to assets ratio, debt to equity ratio, gross profit margin, operational profit margin, net profit margin, dan return on assets. Analasis rasio keuangan bertujuan untuk mengetahui besaran nilai rasio keuangan serta tren kinerja keuangan sebelum, selama, dan setelah pandemi Covid-19. Rata-rata nilai rasio keuangan sebelum, selama, dan setelah pandemi Covid-19 dianalisis berdasarkan rancangan one way ANOVA dan dilanjutkan dengan uji Tukey apabila terdapat hasil yang signifikan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) likuiditas dan solvabilitas PT Sinar Mas Agro Resources and Technology Tbk menunjukkan tren peningkatan kinerja keuangan pada periode setelah pandemi Covid-19, sedangkan profitabilitas PT Sinar Mas Agro Resources and Technology Tbk menunjukkan tren peningkatan kinerja keuangan pada periode selama pandemi Covid-19, (2) terdapat perbedaan kinerja keuangan PT Sinar Mas Agro Resources and Technology Tbk secara keseluruhan antara periode sebelum, selama dan setelah pandemi Covid-19.

This study aims to: (1) identify the trends in the financial performance of PT Sinar Mas Agro Resources and Technology Tbk before, during, and after the COVID-19 pandemic, and (2) examine the differences in the company’s financial performance across these three periods. The research was conducted using secondary data in the form of financial statements obtained from the company’s official website. The basic methods employed were descriptive analysis and comparative analysis. The components of the financial statements were analyzed using financial ratio analysis, including current ratio, quick ratio, cash ratio, debt to assets ratio, debt to equity ratio, gross profit margin, operating profit margin, net profit margin, and return on assets. The financial ratio analysis was intended to determine the values of the ratios as well as the trends in financial performance before, during, and after the pandemic. The average values of the financial ratios across the three periods were analyzed using a one way ANOVA design, followed by Tukey’s test when significant differences were found. The results of the study indicate that (1) the liquidity and solvency of PT Sinar Mas Agro Resources and Technology Tbk showed an upward trend in financial performance during the post-pandemic period, while profitability demonstrated an increasing trend during the pandemic period, and (2) there were significant differences in the overall financial performance of PT Sinar Mas Agro Resources and Technology Tbk between the pre-pandemic, pandemic, and post-pandemic periods.
