Perancangan proses bisnis dilakukan menggunakan Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN) untuk memetakan kondisi eksisting (As-Is) dan model usulan (To-Be).

The horticultural supply chain is characterized by highly perishable commodities and fluctuating prices. At the Perkumpulan Petani Hortikultura Puncak Merapi (PPHPM) Sleman, the supply chain management system still relies on centralized and manual recording. This causes various inefficiencies such as double-entry recording, lack of transparency in the price discovery mechanism, and information asymmetry that harms farmers' bargaining power. This study aims to design a Blockchain-based traceability system model and analyze its feasibility using the TELOS (Technical, Economic, Legal, Operational, Schedule) framework. Data collection was conducted through observations, interviews, and questionnaires distributed to 30 respondents consisting of various supply chain actors. Business process design was carried out using the Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN) to map the existing conditions (As-Is) and the proposed model (To-Be). The architecture applied is a Private Permissioned Blockchain with role-based access control. The TELOS analysis results show that the system's implementation is categorized as Highly Feasible overall. Economically, the system yields a Return on Investment (ROI) of 25.71%, a Payback period of 2.90 years, , IRR 19,58%, and a positive Net Present Value (NPV) of Rp36,225,174. The proposed system model automates business rules using Smart Contracts divided into four main phases: the price bidding mechanism, farmer payments, local market distribution, and partner stock allocation. In conclusion, this Blockchain adoption is functionally proven valid to mitigate information asymmetry, provide price transparency for farmers, and ensure commodity traceability from upstream to downstream.
