Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk melakukan pengkajian penerapan Enteprise Resources Planning pada perusahaan agar dapat diketahui faktor-faktor utama yang mempengaruhi dalam proses integrasi sistem informasi antara sistem ERP dan sistem yang ada di dalam perusahaan, sehingga mampu memperbesar peluang keberhasilan dalam proses pengimplementasiannya. Metode yang dapat dilakukan adalah melakukan perencanaan integrasi sistem tersebut mulai dari pre-implementasi, proses implementasi sampai pada tahap setelah implementasi. Hal ini dilakukan melalui proses analisis dari kebutuhan perusahaan. Salah satu metode perencanaan yang dapat digunakan dalam pelaksanaannya adalah metode yang disebut metode SAP. Selain metode, ERP tidak dapat berjalan secara tanpa dukungan dari teknologi informasi yang memadai. Salah satu teknologi yang dapat mendukung ERP adalah Software Compiere. Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa bukan hanya teknologi dan metode yang menentukan dalam memperoleh keberhasilan pelaksanaan ERP. Dalam penelitian ada tiga aktor utama yang harus diperhatikan dalam proses pre implementasi, saat implementasi dan sesudah implementasi. Tiga aktor tersebut adalah pihak manajemen perusahaan, Vendor dan People yang terlibat dalam implementasi tersebut. Integrasi dari ketiga aktor dengan teknologi dan metode yang digunakan merupakan faktor kunci sukses dalam implementasi ERP di perusahaan

The objective of the research was to study Enterprise Resources Planning (ERP) for the company so that the main factors for the integration process of ERP and the company information system will be showed. It will make the opportunity for the succesful implementation of the integration process more bigger than before. The method that can use for the planning of information system integration was start from pre-implementation, the implementation and after implementation process. It can be done with the process analysis from company needs. The one method that can used is the SAP method. Beside the method, ERP also needs support from the sufficient information technology. One of it that supported the ERP is the Compiere Software. The research finding show it was not just the the technology and method that influenced the ERP succesful implementation. There was three main actors that must understood at the pre implementation, the implementation and after implementation process. It Call management, Vendor and People who was involved in that process. The integration from the three factors is the key of succesful factors for the ERP implementation process for the Company.
