In Order to filfill the water necessity exerted for steam generation, water should refined against its hardness and turbidity in the generator systenu Turbidity indicates the numiM of C.a2+ or other heavy metals material such as Mg2• in the water. The seruiration among Oil, water and imrnerse sand of the slop oil are held in the water treatment plan. The slop Oil will flowed into Slop Oil tank, whereby physically the immerse material and oil separation are taken place, by using density distinction principal. For transporting the slop oil from slop oil pit to Slop oil tank, the compatible transportation equiprnent is absolutely required in conjunction with slop Oil characteristics. Based on it (slop oil characteristics), by guiding exist reference literature, the most appropriate pump for transporting the slop Oil is the reciprocating pump. Through this thesis, the author have attempted to design the most considerable pump particularly within material for each pump components and type Of them for overcoming lack Of l*rformance and short oflife time
