Hubungan Self-Efficacy dan orientasi tujuan penguasaan dengan cara belajar siswa aktif pada siswa SMP

Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara self-efficacy dan orientasi tujuan penguasaan dengan Cara Belajar Siswa Aktif (CBSA). Hipotesis yang diajukan dalam penelitian ini adalah (1) ada hubungan positif antara selfefficacy dan orientasi tujuan penguasaan dengan CBSA, (2) ada hubungan positif antara self-efficacy dan CBSA, (3) ada hubungan positif antara orientasi tujuan penguasaan dan CBSA. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa-siswi SMP yang belajar menggunakan CBSA. Sampel penelitian adalah 121 siswa-siswi Klas II SMP Stella Duce I Jogjakarta. Istrumen yang digunakan adalah Skala CBSA, Skala Self-Efficacy, dan Skala Orientasi Tujuan Penguasaan. Data dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis regresi. Analisis butir dan analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan SPSS for Windows 10.0. Hasil analisis regresi menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan positif yang signifikan antara self-efficacy dan orientasi tujuan penguasaan dengan CBSA (R = 0,660; p<0.01) dengan sumbangan efektif (R2) 43,6%. Ada hubungan positif yang signifikan antara self-efficacy dan CBSA (r = 0,270; p<0.05) dengan sumbangan efektif (r2) 37,8%. Ada hubungan positif antara orientasi tujuan penguasaan dan CBSA (r = 0,307; p<0,05) dengan sumbangan efektif (r2) 39,2%. Ketiga hipotesis diterima.

The study investigates the correlation between self-efficacy and mastery goal orientation with active learning. The formulated hypotheses are that (1) there is a positive correlation between self-efficacy and mastery goal orientation with active learning, (2) there is a positive correlation between self-efficacy and active learning, (3) there is a positive correlation between mastery goal orientation and active learning. The subjects of the study are the students of Junior High School that use active learning. The participant of the study are the students of the second grade at Stella Duce I Junior High School Yogyakarta. There are 121 students participating in the study. The instruments used the study are Self-Efficacy Scale, Mastery Goal Orientation Scale, and Active Learning Scale. The item and data analysis are processed using SPSS for Windows Release 10.0. The results of the regression analysis indicate that : (1) there is a significant and positive correlation between self-efficacy and mastery goal orientation with active learning (R= 0,660); p<0,01) R2 = 0,436 , (2) there is a significant and positive correlation between self-efficacy and active learning (r = 0,270;p<0,05) r2 = 0,378, (3) there is a significant and positive correlation between mastery goal orientation and active learning (r = 0,307;p<0,05) r2 = 0,392. Thus, it can be concluded that all of the hyphotheses of the study are confirmed.
