This study aims to examine student perspectives on digital marketing content through social media in the Master of Politics and Government (MPP) study program at Universitas Gadjah Mada, utilizing the Elaboration Likelihood Model (ELM) approach. It also analyzes the brand image of MPP UGM formed through these student perspectives, which can contribute to enhancing the study program's attractiveness. This study employs a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data collection was conducted through initial screening using Guttman and Likert scale questionnaires, semi-structured interviews with 10 informants until data saturation was reached using maximum variation purposive sampling, online observation of the study program's social media content and interactions, and documentation of internal documents related to application interest. Data analysis utilized the Miles and Huberman Interactive Model. This study adheres to research ethics principles, specifically informed consent and informant confidentiality. The results indicate that student perspectives on MPP UGM's digital marketing content operate through the ELM central route, which includes information quality and completeness such as schedules, concentrations, requirements, and scholarships, as well as the peripheral route, which encompasses visual consistency, logos, and source comfort. Students maintain a critical attitude toward the absence of tuition fee information, course lists, and document submission procedures. The brand image of MPP UGM is formed through five dimensions: brand identity, personality, association, attitude dan behavior, and benefit dan competence. These dimensions influence the attractiveness of choosing the study program, while also functioning as a complementary informational factor.
