Bore pile foundation work is one of the primary activities in toll road construction projects, and its productivity requires careful attention to ensure that project execution is completed in accordance with the predetermined targets of time, cost, and quality. This study aims to develop a productivity prediction model for bore pile work by utilizing machine learning methods on the Orange platform.

Research data were obtained through direct field observation of heavy equipment productivity in bore pile work at the Solo–Yogyakarta–NYIA Kulon Progo Toll Road Project Package 2.1, conducted based on the cycle duration method and the work sampling method by measuring productive, semi-productive, and non-productive time to calculate productivity values accurately. In addition, this study also examines factors affecting productivity, including environmental conditions, equipment conditions, weather conditions, labor conditions, and work execution methods. The collected data were subsequently used to develop a productivity prediction model using appropriate machine learning algorithms on the Orange platform.

The results of this study indicate that the productivity of bore pile work based on the cycle duration method yielded an average value of 8,47 m/hour with a baseline productivity of 9,32 m/hour, while the work sampling method showed a proportion of productive time of 42%, semi-productive time of 12%, and non-productive time of 45%, with a cumulative Equipment Utilization Rate (EUR) of 45%. Furthermore, inhibiting factors were identified, where the idle environment factor showed a Pearson correlation of ?0,453, idle equipment ?0,421, idle material ?0,246, and idle labor ?0,211, while idle management demonstrated no significant influence with a correlation value of ?0,026. The Linear Regression model was selected as the best predictive model with an R² value of 0.947, RMSE of 0,199, and MAE of 0,149, followed by SVM with R² = 0,941 as a competitive alternative. This study integrates two field productivity measurement methods, namely cycle duration and work sampling, with a machine learning approach on the Orange platform to develop a bore pile productivity prediction model, representing a methodological combination that has not been widely applied in deep foundation construction research in Indonesia. The resulting prediction model can serve as a practical tool for project managers in proactively planning and controlling bore pile work execution, enabling the early anticipation of potential delays caused by productivity decline based on measurable field conditions.
