Program Makan Bergizi Gratis (MBG) merupakan program strategis nasional yang bertujuan meningkatkan status gizi masyarakat, khususnya kelompok usia sekolah. Keberhasilan pelaksanaan program MBG tidak hanya ditentukan oleh kualitas makanan, tetapi juga oleh kelancaran proses distribusinya. Informasi mengenai lokasi Satuan Pelayanan Pemenuhan Gizi (SPPG), sekolah penerima manfaat, distribusi, jarak tempuh, dan waktu tempuh diperlukan untuk memberikan gambaran pelaksanaan distribusi Program MBG di lapangan. Namun, hingga saat ini informasi tersebut masih tersebar pada berbagai sumber dan belum tersedia dalam bentuk web map yang dapat diakses oleh pemangku kepentingan dan masyarakat umum di Kabupaten Kulon Progo. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat web map jaringan distribusi Program Makan Bergizi Gratis (MBG) di Kabupaten Kulon Progo.
Penelitian dilakukan menggunakan pendekatan Sistem Informasi Geografis (SIG). Data yang digunakan meliputi lokasi SPPG, lokasi sekolah penerima manfaat, jaringan jalan, serta data distribusi MBG. Analisis jaringan dilakukan menggunakan metode shortest path dan fastest path untuk menentukan jarak tempuh dan waktu tempuh distribusi dari SPPG menuju sekolah penerima manfaat. Hasil analisis kemudian diklasifikasikan ke dalam tiga kelas distribusi berdasarkan dua parameter berbeda, yaitu jarak tempuh dan waktu tempuh. Selanjutnya, hasil penelitian disajikan dalam bentuk web map dan dilakukan uji usabilitas menggunakan aspek learnability, efficiency, memorability, error, dan satisfaction.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kabupaten Kulon Progo memiliki 43 SPPG yang tersebar di 12 kapanewon. Rata-rata setiap SPPG melayani 24 sekolah dengan rata-rata jumlah porsi sebesar 1905 porsi. Berdasarkan klasifikasi distribusi, terdapat 413 sekolah dengan kategori jarak dekat, 546 sekolah kategori jarak sedang, dan 79 sekolah kategori jarak jauh. Berdasarkan waktu tempuh, terdapat 426 sekolah kategori cepat, 554 sekolah kategori sedang, dan 58 sekolah kategori lama. Hasil uji usabilitas menunjukkan bahwa web map memperoleh nilai indeks sebesar 82,0% yang termasuk kategori sangat mudah.
The Free Nutritious Meals Program (MBG) is a national strategic program aimed at improving the nutritional status of the population, particularly school-age children. The success of the MBG Program depends not only on the quality of the meals provided but also on the effectiveness of its distribution process. Information on the locations of Nutrition Fulfillment Service Units (SPPG), beneficiary schools, distribution networks, travel distances, and travel times is essential for describing the implementation of the MBG distribution system. However, this information is currently scattered across multiple sources and is not yet available in the form of a web map that can be accessed by stakeholders and the general public in Kulon Progo Regency. Therefore, this study aims to develop a web map of the Free Nutritious Meals (MBG) distribution network in Kulon Progo Regency.
This research was conducted using a Geographic Information System (GIS) approach. The data utilized included the locations of SPPG, beneficiary schools, road networks, and MBG distribution data. Network analysis was performed using the shortest path and fastest path methods to determine the travel distance and travel time of food distribution from SPPG to beneficiary schools. The analysis results were then classified into three distribution levels based on travel distance and travel time parameters. Furthermore, the results were presented in the form of a web map, and a usability test was conducted using the aspects of learnability, efficiency, memorability, error, and satisfaction.
The results show that Kulon Progo Regency has 43 SPPG distributed across 12 kapanewon. On average, each SPPG serves 24 schools with an average distribution capacity of 1,905 meal portions. Based on the distribution level analysis using travel distance, 413 schools were classified as near-distance, 546 schools as medium-distance, and 79 schools as far-distance categories. Based on travel time analysis, 426 schools were classified as fast, 554 schools as moderate, and 58 schools as slow categories. The usability testing results indicate that the web map achieved an index score of 82.0%, which falls into the very easy category.
