This study aims to analyze the influence of blue economy supporting indicators comprising the Fishermen's Exchange Rate (NTN), the number of domestic tourists, Domestic Direct Investment (PMDN), Foreign Direct Investment (FDI), marine capture fisheries production volume, aquaculture production volume, and the availability of strategic port infrastructure on the Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) of the marine and fisheries sector in Indonesia, both partially and simultaneously. The study employs a quantitative approach using panel data regression across 34 provinces in Indonesia over the period 2020–2024, yielding a total of 170 observations. Based on model selection testing, the Common Effect Model (CEM) was identified as the most appropriate estimation model. Research data were obtained from the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS), the Ministry of Marine Affairs and Fisheries (KKP), and the Investment Coordinating Board/Ministry of Investment (BKPM). The results indicate that, partially, the number of domestic tourists, PMDN, FDI, marine capture fisheries production volume, and aquaculture production volume each exert a significant influence on the GRDP of the marine and fisheries sector. In contrast, the NTN variable and the strategic port infrastructure dummy variable do not show a significant effect. Simultaneously, all independent variables collectively exert a significant influence on the GRDP of the marine and fisheries sector, with an R-squared value of 0.4686. These findings suggest that investment, tourism, and fisheries production capacity constitute key factors in supporting the economic growth of the marine and fisheries sector in Indonesia within the framework of sustainable blue economy development.
