split split plot taraf nyata 5%.
bobot kering pucuk peko tertinggi, TRI 2025 menghasilkan jumlah, bobot segar,
dan bobot kering pucuk burung tertinggi, dan BIJI menghasilkan bobot segar total
tertinggi pada pengamatan pertama. Peningkatan dosis NPK
Sebaliknya,
produktivitas kering cenderung meningkat seiring peningkatan dosis NPK hingga
belum tercapai.
Tea (Camellia sinensis (L.) O. Kuntze) is one of the important
commodities that plays a role in the Indonesian economy. However, tea
productivity in Indonesia during 2015–2024 tended to decline, indicating the
need for more appropriate cultivation management, one of which is NPK
fertilization. This study aimed to determine the morpho-physiological responses
and yield of several tea genotypes to various doses of NPK fertilizer in fifth
pruning cycle tea and to determine the best genotype and NPK dose for fifth
pruning cycle tea. The study used a three-factor randomized complete block
design (RCBD) with split-split plot analysis at a 5% significance level. The
first factor was the interval after the first and second fertilization as the
main plot, the second factor was tea genotypes, namely TRI 2025, GMB 7, and
seedling tea (BIJI) as the sub plot, and the third factor was NPK fertilizer
doses of 0, 50, 100, and 150 g/bush as the sub-sub plot. The results showed
that several tea genotypes exhibited different morpho-physiological responses
and yields to NPK fertilization in fifth pruning cycle tea. GMB 7 showed the
highest response in the number, fresh weight, and dry weight of pekoe shoots,
TRI 2025 produced the highest number, fresh weight, and dry weight of banjhi
shoots, and BIJI produced the highest total fresh weight in the first
observation. Increasing NPK rates within the tested range
resulted in a decreasing trend in catechin content. Conversely, dry
productivity increased with increasing NPK rates up to the highest rate tested,
indicating that the optimum NPK rate for dry productivity was not reached
within the tested range.
