Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh Dana Keistimewaan (Danais), Dana Alokasi Umum (DAU), Dana Alokasi Khusus (DAK), dan PDRB per kapita terhadap jumlah penduduk miskin di lima kabupaten/kota di Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta periode 2014–2024. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan Analisis Regresi Data Panel. Berdasarkan uji pemilihan model, Fixed Effect Model (FEM) dengan pendekatan Panel Corrected Standard Errors (PCSE) ditetapkan sebagai model terbaik karena kemampuannya menghasilkan estimasi yang robust. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa DAU dan PDRB per kapita berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap jumlah penduduk miskin. Namun, Danais dan DAK terbukti tidak berpengaruh signifikan secara statistik. Tidak signifikannya Danais disebabkan oleh rigiditas regulasi pada urusan kultural, sementara DAK lebih banyak terserap pada pembangunan infrastruktur fisik jangka panjang.

This study aims to analyze the influence of the Privilege Fund (Danais), General Allocation Fund (DAU), Special Allocation Fund (DAK), and GRDP per capita on the number of poor people across five regencies and cities in DIY for the 2014–2024 period. The research employs a quantitative approach using Panel Data Regression. Based on model selection tests, the Fixed Effect Model (FEM) with Panel Corrected Standard Errors (PCSE) was identified as the best model to address estimation issues. The findings indicate that DAU and GRDP per capita have a negative and significant effect on poverty. Conversely, Danais and DAK were found to have no statistically significant impact. The lack of significance for Danais is attributed to rigid regulations limiting its use to cultural affairs, while DAK is predominantly absorbed into long-term physical infrastructure projects.
