Peran Pengurus Kelompok Tani Hutan Sukobubuk Rejo dalam Skema Hutan Kemasyarakatan di Kecamatan Margorejo Pati Jawa Tengah

Program Perhutanan sosial, memberikan akses legal bagi masyarakat untuk  mengelola kawasan hutan negara, namun keberhasilan implementasinya sangat  bergantung pada peran pengurus Kelompok Tani Hutan (KTH) sebagai motor 

penggerak organisasi. KTH Sukobubuk Rejo di Desa Sukobubuk, Kecamatan  Margorejo, Kabupaten Pati merupakan salah satu contoh keberhasilan pengelolaan  Perhutanan Sosial, ditandai dengan capaian ekspor produk hasil hutan ke Jepang  dan pemulihan lahan kritis menjadi kawasan agroforestri produktif. Penelitian ini  bertujuan untuk menjelaskan kondisi sosial ekonomi pengurus KTH Sukobubuk  Rejo serta menganalisis peran pengurus dalam kemajuan kelompok pada aspek organisasi, ekonomi dan usaha, sosial, serta lingkungan. 

Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode dasar sensus terhadap 44 pengurus  KTH Sukobubuk Rejo sebagai responden. Data primer dikumpulkan melalui  wawancara, sedangkan data sekunder diperoleh melalui studi dokumentasi dan  literatur. Analisis data menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif mengikuti  tahapan reduksi data, penyajian data, serta penarikan kesimpulan dan verifikasi. 

Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kondisi sosial ekonomi pengurus  berada pada kategori kondusif, dengan rata-rata usia 48 tahun dan tingkat  pendidikan yang didominasi lulusan SD, namun memiliki pendapatan tahunan yang  signifikan dengan kontribusi Perhutanan Sosial mencapai 76,3%. Peran pengurus  terbukti efektif pada keempat aspek yang diteliti: penguatan kelembagaan formal  dan sistem desentralisasi 18 blok pada aspek organisasi; pembukaan akses ekspor  senilai Rp989 juta ke Jepang pada aspek ekonomi dan usaha; penguatan solidaritas  dan jaring pengaman sosial pada aspek sosial; serta pemulihan sekitar 500 Ha lahan  kritis menjadi kawasan produktif pada aspek lingkungan. Penelitian ini  menyimpulkan bahwa kemajuan KTH Sukobubuk Rejo tidak terlepas dari sinergi  peran pengurus pada keempat aspek tersebut.  Agroforestri 

Social forestry program, provides legal access for communities to manage state forest areas, yet the success of its implementation largely depends on the role of Forest Farmer Group (KTH) administrators as the driving force of the organization. KTH Sukobubuk Rejo in Sukobubuk Village, Margorejo Subdistrict, Pati Regency represents a successful case of Social Forestry management, marked by export achievements of forest products to Japan and the restoration of degraded land into productive agroforestry areas.

This study aims to describe the socioeconomic condition of KTH Sukobubuk Rejo administrators and to analyze their roles in the group's advancement across organizational, economic, social, and  environmental aspects. This research employed a census method involving all 44 administrators of  KTH Sukobubuk Rejo as respondents. Primary data were collected through  interviews, while secondary data were obtained through documentation studies and literature review. Data were analyzed using a descriptive qualitative approach following the stages of data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing/verification.

he results show that the socioeconomic condition of the administrators falls into a conducive category, with an average age of 48 years and education dominated by elementary school graduates, yet with substantial annual incomes in which Social Forestry contributes 76.3%. The administrators' roles proved effective across all four aspects examined: institutional strengthening and a 18 block decentralization system in the organizational aspect; the opening of an export market worth IDR 989 million to Japan in the economic aspect; strengthened solidarity and social safety nets in the social aspect; and the restoration of  approximately 500 hectares of degraded land into productive areas in the  environmental aspect. This study concludes that the advancement of KTH  Sukobubuk Rejo is inseparable from the synergy of administrators' roles across  these four aspects.
