Analisis Pengaruh Sektor Pariwisata Terhadap Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD) Wilayah Tapal Kuda Tahun 2015-2024

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh adanya potensi dan pertumbuhan aktivitas pariwisata di wilayah Tapal Kuda yang belum sepenuhnya diikuti oleh peningkatan kemandirian fiskal dan Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh jumlah wisatawan nusantara, jumlah wisatawan mancanegara, jumlah restoran, jumlah objek wisata, dan indeks daya saing pariwisata terhadap PAD pada tujuh kabupaten di wilayah Tapal Kuda selama periode 2015-2024. Metode analisis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan analisis regresi data panel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan seluruh variabel independen berpengaruh signifikan terhadap PAD. Secara parsial, jumlah wisatawan nusantara, jumlah restoran, dan jumlah objek wisata memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap PAD, sedangkan jumlah wisatawan mancanegara dan indeks daya saing pariwisata tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap PAD. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini yaitu perlunya kebijakan yang terintegrasi untuk pengembangan pariwisata dalam meningkatkan kontribusi sektor pariwisata terhadap PAD serta meningkatkan kemandirian fiskal daerah.

This study motivated by the potential and growth of tourism activity in the Tapal Kuda Region, which has not yet been fully accompanied by an increase in fiscal independence and local revenue. This study aims to analyze the influence of the number of domestic tourist destination, and the tourism competitiveness index on local revenue across seven regencies in the Tapal Kuda Region during the 2015-2024 period. The results indicate that, collectively, all independent variables have a significant effect on local revenue. Partially, the number of domestic tourists, the number of restaurants, and the number of tourist destination have a positive and significant effect on local revenue, meanwhile the number of international tourists and the tourism competitiveness index do not have a significant effect on local revenue. These findings suggest the need for integrated policies for the local based tourism development to enhance the tourism sector's contribution to local revenue and improving regional fiscal independence.
