Pengaruh penghargaan Zero Accident terhadap persepsi keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja di perusahaan

Untuk lebih memberikan motivasi kepada perusahaan dalam melaksanakan program K3, Pemerintah memberikan penghargaan kepada perusahaan yang telah berhasil melaksanakan program K3 selama 3(tiga) tahun tanpa terjadi kecelakaan (zero accident). Tujuan diadakan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis, seberapa besar pengaruh penghargaan zero accident terhadap persepsi keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja di perusahaan. Sampel penelitian diambil dari sebagian populasi dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Data penelitian yang didapat, bersumber dari 30 manajemen dan 30 karyawan perusahaan, dianalisis dengan menggunakan SPSS for Windows dan SPS Sutrisno Hadi-Yuni Pamardinigsih, meliputi uji korelasi produk moment (Pearson Correlation) dan uji regresi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh positif yang signifikan antara penghargaan zero accident terhadap persepsi K3. Dari perhitungan hipotesis pertama, didapat hasil koefisien parsial sebesar 0,395 dengan p < 0,05 dan dari hasil perhitungan hipotesis kedua, didapat harga F regresi sebesar 19,043 dengan p < 0,05 maka dapat disimpulkan ada pengaruh signifikan antara Variabel bebas (X1 : penghargaan zero accident) dan variabel sertaan (X2,X3 dan X4 : usia, tingkat pendidikan, masa kerja) secara bersama-sama terhadap variabel terikat (Y: persepsi keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja ) sebesar 0,581% atau 58,1%. Pengaruh zero accident award terhadap persepsi K3 sebesar 12,345%, pengaruh terbesar disumbangkan oleh variabel masa kerja yaitu sebesar 21,286%.Dapat disimpulkan bahwa penghargaan zero accident memberikan pengaruh yang tidak signifikan terhadap penerapan K3 pada perusahaan.

Due to give more motivation to a company in executing K3 program, the government give an award to the company which have succeeded in executing the K3 program during 3 (three) years without happened any accident (zero accident). The aim of this research is to analyse, how large the influence of zero accident award to perception of work safety and health in the company. Sample of this research was taken from a part of population by using the purposive sampling technique. The research data obtained, was stemed from 30 managements and 30 company employees, was analysed using the SPSS for Windows and SPS Sutrisno Hadi-Yuni Pamardinigsih, covering the test of product moment correlation (Pearson Correlation) and regresion test. The result of this research indicated that there was a significant positive influence from zero accident award to K3 perception. From the first hypothesis calculation, was obtained the result of coefficient partial of 0,395 with p < 0,05 ; and from the result of second hypothesis calculation, was obtained the price of F regresion of 19,043 with p < 0,05 ; hence can be inferented that there was a significant influence between independent variable (X1 : zero accident award) and dependent variable (X2, X3, and X4 : age, education level, time-work) mutually to tied variable (Y: perception of work safety and health) of 0,581% or 58,1%. The influence of zero accident award to K3 perception of 12,345%, the biggest influence was rendered by time-work variable that of 21,286%. Can be concluded that zero accident award was given an insignificant influence to K3 implementation in the company.
