2005 | Tesis | S2 Psikologi (Psikologi Industri dan Organisasi)Studi ini dirancang untuk meneliti korelasi antara motivasi berprestasi dan disiplin kerja karyawan terhadap persepsi efektifitas organisasi. Sebanyak 60 karyawan dari PT Madu Baru Pabrik Gula dan Pabrik Spirtus Madukismo Kabupaten Bantul Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta mengambil bagian dalam penelitian ini. Penelitian dengan pendekatan kuantitatif ini menggunakan teknik analisis regresi. Hasil yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa: 1). Motivasi berprestasi dan disiplin kerja karyawan secara signifikan berhubungan dengan persepsi efektifitas organisasi, ditunjukkan dengan R= 0,573 dan p < 0,01, F-regresi = 13,958. 2). Terdapat hubungan positif antara motivasi berprestasi terhadap persepsi efektifitas organisasi, ditunjukkan dengan r-par = 0,331 dan p < 0,01.3). Terdapat hubungan positif antara disiplin kerja karyawan terhadap persepsi efektifitas organisasi (r-par = 0,196 dan p > 0,05) Motivasi berprestasi dan disiplin kerja karyawan merupakan salah satu faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi persepsi efektifitas organisasi. Semakin tinggi motivasi berprestasi dan disiplin kerja karyawan, maka akan efektif organisasi.
This research was designed to study the correlation between achievement motivation and work discipline of employee for perception of the organizational effectiveness. There are sixty employees from PT Madu Baru PGPS Madukismo Kabupaten Bantul Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta were involved in this study. The statistical formula used to examine of the correlation was the Regression Analysis. The result showed that: 1). Achievement motivation and work discipline of employee significant by correlated with perception of the organizational effectiveness, with by R= 0,573 and p < 0,01, F-regresi = 13,958. 2). There were very significant positive correlation between achievement motivation and perception of the organizational effectiveness, with r-par = 0,331 and p < 0,01. 3) There were very significant positive correlation between work discipline of employee and perception of the organizational effectiveness (r-par = 0,196 dan p > 0,05). Achievement motivation and work discipline of employee is one important factor which can influence perception of the organizational effectiveness. Achievement motivation and work discipline of employee which more high will be effective the organization.
