Poverty remains one of the socio-economic problems that has not been fully resolved in West Java Province. Although economic growth has continued to increase, the phenomenon of growth without inclusion still occurs, where the increase in economic growth has not been fully accompanied by equitable welfare distribution and an optimal reduction in poverty levels. This study aims to analyze the effect of the number of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), Labor Force Participation Rate (LFPR), and economic growth on poverty levels in West Java Province during the 2015-2024 period. This study employs a quantitative approach using panel data, which combines cross-section and time-series data. The data used are secondary data obtained from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) and the Office of Cooperatives and Small Enterprises of West Java Province. The analytical method used is panel data linear regression with the addition of dummy variables, The results show that,  the number of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), Labor Force Participation Rate (LFPR) have a negative and significant effect on poverty levels in West Java Province. Meanwhile, economic growth proxied by Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) does not have a significant effect on poverty levels. Simultaneously, all independent variables along with the dummy pandemic COVID-19 variables have a significant effect on poverty levels in West Java Province during the 2015-2024 period.
