PCE dari sampel GO 0,0 bernilai 5,63, kemudian turun menjadi 4,49 (GO 0,5), kemudian meningkat hingga 5,22 (GO 1,5).
This study investigates the External Quantum
Efficiency (EQE) of CsPbBr3 based perovskite solar cells utilizing TiO2
as the Electron Transport Layer (ETL) and Graphene Oxide (GO) as
the Hole Transport Layer (HTL). The objective of this research is to
thoroughly analyze the capability of this material combination in enhancing
light absorption efficiency and photon-to-electron conversion through EQE
characterization, as well as to map the physical correlation between the Power
Conversion Efficiency (PCE) and the film's reflectance characteristics. The
perovskite thin films were fabricated with various GO concentrations of
0,0; 0,5; 1,0; and 1,5. XRD characterization results indicate that the
incorporation of GO acts as a crystallization template that enlarges the
crystallite size along the preferred orientation plane of (112), which is
confirmed by the decrease in FWHM values from 0,14° to 0,075°. This behavior is
strongly supported by the reflectance data, which exhibits a decreasing trend,
consequently leading to an increase in both absorbance and PCE trends.
Specifically, the PCE of the 0,0 GO sample is 5.63%, which then drops to 4.49%
for the 0,5 GO sample, and subsequently increases to 5.22% for the 1,5 GO
sample. These findings demonstrate that the GO variation significantly
influences the PCE values of the solar cell devices.
