The use of antibiotic growth promoters (AGPs), which have been banned in the poultry industry, has driven the need for safer and more effective alternatives. This study aims to determine the effect of a combination of herbs and lysozyme on production performance and blood biochemical parameters of broiler chickens were divided equally into three groups of 35 each: the normal group, the AGP group, and the herbal and lysozyme combination treatment group. Maintenance was carried out for 28th days at the poultry Research and Poultry Health Management Training Unit (UP4MKU), and blood sampling was carried out at the Clinical Pathology Laboratory of the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Universitas Gadjah Mada. Data were analyzed descriptively and inferentially through normality tests, homogeneity tests, ANOVA tests, and nonparametric tests using Jeffreys’s Amazing Statistics Program (JASP). The results showed that the body weight gain (BWG) of the treatment group was relatively equivalent to the normal group and higher than the AGP group. The feed conversion ratio (FCR) in the treatment group was not significantly different from the AGP group (p>0.05), but was higher than the normal group (p<0>0.05). The levels of aspartate aminotransferase (AST), phosphorus, total protein, and sodium were higher in the treatment group, while the levels of bile acids, creatine kinase, uric acid, glucose, and globulin were lower than in both groups (p<0>
