Antibiotic Growth Promoters (AGP) are feed additives in broiler chickens that can lead to antimicrobial resistance and antibiotic residues, necessitating natural alternatives with fewer side effects. This study aimed to evaluate the effectiveness of a herbal combination consisting of garlic, ginger, turmeric, and lempuyang on the performance and productivity of broiler chickens through the analysis of blood hematological parameters. The research was conducted over 28 days using 75 broiler chickens divided into three groups: normal group (basal diet), AGP group (basal diet + AGP), and treatment group (basal diet + herbal formula), each consisting of 25 chickens. Blood sampling was performed weekly to measure hematological profiles at the Clinical Pathology Laboratory, Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Universitas Gadjah Mada. Body weight measurements were taken weekly to calculate Body Weight Gain (BWG), while Feed Conversion Ratio (FCR) was calculated at the end of the rearing period. Hematological profiles and FCR values were analyzed using SPSS software, including the Shapiro-Wilk test, ANOVA, and Kruskal-Wallis test, whereas BWG was analyzed descriptively to illustrate the growth pattern of broiler chickens. The results showed that the herbal combination had a significant effect on White Blood Cell (WBC), heterophil, lymphocyte, Total Plasma Protein (TPP), and FCR (p<0>
