Hubungan antara pengetahuan dan Iur biaya obat dengan tingkat kepuasan pasien peserta Askes rawat inap di RSUD Propinsi Sulawesi Tenggara

Tujuan Penelitian : Untuk mengetahui hubungan antara pengetahuan tentang hak, kewajiban dan prosedur pelayanan kesehatan dan iur biaya obat yang harus dibayar dengan tingkat kepuasan pasien peserta Askes. rawat inap RSUD Propinsi Sulawesi Tenggara Metode Penelitian : Survei, dengan jenis pendekatan penelitian cross sectional. Subyek penelitian pasien Askes rawat inap, populasi pasien Askes rawat inap di semua kelas perawatan, sampel diambil secara purposive, berjumlah 249 orang. Alat penelitian adalah daftar pertanyaan untuk mengukur tingkat kepuasan, pengetahuan peserta, iur biaya obat yang dibayar dan untuk wawancara. Hasil : Dari 249 responden, 53,4% tingkat pengetahuan tentang hak, kewajiban dan prosedur pelayanan masih kurang. Iur biaya obat yang harus dibayar responden, 39,66% masih membayar Rp201.000 – > Rp1.000.000. Selanjutnya 52,61% responden masih merasa belum memperoleh pelayanan sebagaimana yang diharapkan atau tidak puas, antara lain sebagian besar memberikan alasan prosedur pelayanan kesehatan, obat dan administrasi lama, ketersediaan obat DPHO masih belum memadai dan keharusan membayar iur biaya obat. Berdasarkan hasil uji regresi ganda, hubungan antara pengetahuan dan iur biaya obat dengan tingkat kepuasan, masing-masing dengan koefisien korelasi 0,270, p. 0,000 dan -0,174, p.0,004 artinya ada hubungan yang bermakna. Kesimpulan: Pengetahuan peserta dan iur biaya obat yang dibayar merupakan sebagian penyebab dari ketidakpuasan pasien Askes rawat inap RSUD Propinsi Sulawesi Tenggara.
Background: Inpatient health insurance participants of Sulawesi Tenggara Provincial Hospital are dissatisfied with health service because they have to pay cost sharing for drug, meanwhile hospital staff complain because health insurance participants have not yet understood their obligations. Objectives: The study was meant to know relationship between knowledge about rights, obligations and service procedures and drug cost sharing satisfaction with correlation of inpatient health insurance participants of Sulawesi Tenggara Provincial Hospital. Methods: The study was a survey which used a cross sectional approach with both quantitative and qualitative data. The subject of the study were health insurance inpatients of Sulawesi Tenggara Provincial Hospital. Population of the study were inpatient health insurance participants from all levels of care. Samples as many as 249 people were purposively taken. Research instrument used was a list of questionnaires to measure satisfaction, knowledge and drug cost sharing. Results: There was 53,4% of respondents who had little knowledge about rights, obligations and service procedures; 39.66% of respondents had to share drug cost Rp201.000 - > Rp1.000.000; 52.61% of respondents thought that they had not got services as they expected (they were dissatisfied) for reasons such as lac k of knowledge about health service procedure, slow administrative and drug services, unavailability of drug tariff list, and obligation to contribute for drug cost. Result of double regression test showed that there was significant relationship between knowledge and drug cost sharing satisfaction with correlation coefficient 0.270, p.0.000 and -0.174, p.0.004. Conclusion: Knowledge and drug cost sharing were causes of dissatisfaction of inpatient health insurance participants of Sulawesi Tenggara Provincial Hospital.
