Perbandingan dayaguna premedikasi Tropisetron 2 Mg dengan Deksametason 5 Mg dalam mencegah mual muntah pasca operasi ginekologi mayor

Tujuan : Membandingkan dayaguna penelitian antara tropisetron 2 mg dan deksametason 5 mg dalam mencegah mual dan muntah pascaoperasi ginekologi mayor. Desain : Randomized-controlled trial dengan pembutaan ganda. Ruang lingkup : Wanita yang menjalani operasi ginekologi mayor terencana di Instalasi Bedah Sentral RSUP Dr. Sardjito Yogyakarta, RSUD Banyumas dan RSUP Soeraji Tirtonegoro Klaten. Intervensi : Subyek dibagi dalam 2 kelompok, kelompok I diberi tropisetron 2 mg, dan kelompok II diberi deksametason 5 mg. Pengukuran : Semua subyek diukur mual dan muntah pascaoperasi, mulai dan angka kejadiannya dinilai dengan skala verbal. Umur, jenis kelamin, berat badan, lama operasi, tekanan sistolik, tekanan diastolik, denyut nadi awal, MAP, dan efek samping obat ikut diukur.

Objective : To compare the efficacy between tropisetron 2 mg and dexamethasone 5 mg for preventing post operative nausea and vomiting in major gynecological surgery. Random : Double blind randomized controlled trial. Setting : Female patients underwent elective operation of major gynecological surgery under general anesthesia in central operationg theater of Dr. Sardjito Hospital Yogyakarta, RSUD Banyumas and RSUP Soeraji Tirtonegoro Klaten. Subject : 94 patients, female, aged 18-50 years, physical status ASA I-II, body weight 45-70 kgs. Intervention : the subject divided into two groups, each group is 47 patients, group I receive tropisetron 2 mg, and group II receive dexamethason 5 mg. Measurement : All of the subject were measured the time and PONV incidence by verbal scale. Age, gender, duration of operation, blood presure, pulse, MAP, and side effect were measured too.
