Penanganan pengiriman dan penerimaan pesan secara generik

Pemikiran yang tidak seragam mengawali perbedaan fasilitas komunikasi yang ada. Kekurangan yang terlihat dari konsep yang selama ini berjalan, dapat diilustrasikan dengan bagaimana seorang pengguna harus mengatur dirinya untuk mengikuti beberapa model komunikasi karena banyaknya basis aplikasi. Kesulitan paling mendasar dari beragamnya tipe tersebut adalah pengguna seperti diajukan pada ‘no choice’ akses, artinya pemilihan sebuah model akan menutup penggunaan model komunikasi yang lain. Pembicaraan mengenai komunikasi selama ini, selalu mengarah kepada masalah bagaimana koneksi bagian pengirim dan penerima, fasilitas komunikasi, jenis komunikasi, dan sebagainya. Berbagai riset juga menunjukkan penelitian-penelitian lebih banyak mengarah pada koneksi, manajemen data base (untuk isi), kemudian dari sisi developer, feature atau fasilitas komunikasi seperti kapasitas, ataupun masalah kecepatan. Penelitian ini mengungkapkan ide untuk penanganan pesan secara generik, karena pesan merupakan sebuah kata kunci dalam komunikasi. Informasi apapun pada dasarnya berisi suatu pesan yang dikomunikasikan. Bentuk isi pesanpun beragam jenis seperti pesan berbasis teks, suara atau video. Namun apapun bentuk isi informasi tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa yang harus dikirimkan ataupun yang diterima merupakan sebuah pesan saja. Sedangkan isi pesan yang beragam jenis tersebut merupakan klasifikasi dari pesan. Karakteristik tersebut sedikit banyak mempunyai persamaan sifat dengan teknologi berorientasi objek. Sesuatu hal yang umum dapat digeneralisir menjadi suatu hal yang spesifik. Dengan demikian dari sisi developer dapat dibuat sistem pesan ini dengan mengadopsi konsep berorientasi objek untuk masalah penanganan dan pengiriman pesan. Secara singkat, tesis ini membicarakan tentang penerapan teknologi berorientasi objek untuk menangani pengiriman dan penerimaan pesan secara generik. Prototype yang dibuat menunjukkan bahwa konsep yang dibicarakan bisa diiplementasikan. Hal ini bisa menjadi dasar kepada developer untuk mengembangkan sistem pesan lebih lanjut sesuai dengan harapan pengguna.

A different thinking causes some differences in communication facility which exist now. The bad things which are seen from the concept that has run during this time can be ilustrated by how a user has to control himself to follow some communication modes because a lot of application base. The main difficulty in the variety of the type of communication facilities is that the user seems to be faced to the ‘no choice ‘access, it means that the choice of a mode will the use of the other type of communication facilities. So far discussion about communication always lead to the problem about the connection between the sender and receiver, communication facilities, the kind of communication, etc. Several investigations had to disccuss show that observations tend of connection, and data base management, while for the developer, feature or communication facility such capacity or speed problem. This observation presents an idea handle the messages in generic way because the message is a key word in communication. Basically every communicated information is a message. The content of the message has kind of form such as text, audio and video. But, whatever the type of message content can be summarized that the thing which has to be sent and received is only a message. The variation of the content of message is a clasification of the message. That characteristic tends to have the feature similarity with object oriented technology. A common thing can be generalized to become a spesific thing. By that way, the developer can make this message system by adopting the concept with object oriented to solve the problem of message organizing and sending. Shortly, this paper will talk about the technology application with object oriented aproach to handle messages sending and receiving in generic way. The prototype made shows that concept discussed can be implemented. This case can be a base for developer to develop the further message systems wich can satisfy the user.
