Hubungan persepsi perawat terhadap penerapan keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja dengan pemakaian alat pelindung diri di Badan Pelayanan Kesehatan Rumah Sakit Umum (BPK-RSU) Dr. Zainoel Abidin Banda Aceh

Setiap tenaga kerja dalam melakukan pekerjaannya berhak mendapat perlindungan atas keselamatan dan kesehatannya, karena keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja adalah merupakan unsur yang penting untuk menjadikan sumber daya manusia yang berkualitas dan produktif. Sampai saat ini belum banyak peraturan K3 dikembangkan untuk tenaga kerja di rumah sakit antara lain perlindungan terhadap perawat dalam melakukan pekerjaannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui persepsi perawat terhadap penerapan keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja dengan pemakaian alat pelindung diri di BPK_RSU Dr.Zainoel Abidin BandaAceh. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian observasional dengan menggunakan rancangan cross sectional. Subyek penelitian ini berjumlah 100 orang perawat dirumah sakit. Variabel yang diukur terdiri dari: variabel bebas yang meliputi persepsi penerapan keselamatan kerja (X1) dan persepsi kesehatan kerja (X2) dan variabel terikat yaitu pemakain alat pelindung diri (Y). Alat pengumpul data yang digunakan: kuesioner, daftar wawancara, dan cek list. Jalan penelitian meliputi: identifikasi subyek, pembagian kuesioner, observasi pemakain alat pelindung diri, dan wawancara dengan perawat dan pelaksana P2K3 RSU. Hasil analisis regresi menunjukkan hubungan yang signifikan antara persepsi penerapan keselamatan kerja dengan kesehatan kerja ( F= 10,709; R2 = 0.425; p = 0.00), sumbangan efektif sebesar 18,1%. Persepsi penerapan keselamatan kerja berkorelasi positif dengan pemakaian alat pelindung diri (r = 0,361, p = 0,00, sumbangan efektif sebesar 7,180%). Persepsi pelayanan kesehatan kerja berkorelasi positif dengan pemakaia alat pelindung diri (r = 0,394, p = 0,00, sumbangan efektif sebesar 10,906%). Hasil kedua analisis ini menjelaskan bahwa baik persepsi penerapan keselamatan kerja maupun persepsi pelayanan kesehatan kerja berhubungan positif dengan pemakaian alat pelindung diri perawat dirumah sakit

Every worker in doing their work has the right to get protection of their safety and health, because of work safety and health are the important elements to make human resources that have a good quality and productivity. Recently, there are a few of occupational health and safety regulation, which have not been developed for hospital workers such as protection for nurses in doing their work. This research aims to know the nurse perception towards occupational safety and health application with the use of self-protection equipment at Health Service Intitution of Dr. Zainoel Abidin Hospital Banda Aceh. This research is an observational research using cross sectional plan. The subject consists of 100 nurses at the hospital. The variable is measured by independent variables that consists of work safety application perception (X1) and work health perception (X2) and dependent variable that is the use of self-protection equipment (Y). The data is obtained using questionnaire, interview list, and checklist. The research undergoes subject identification, questionnaire distribution, observation of self-protection use, and interview with nurses and Work health Safety Committee workers at the hospital. The result of regression analysis shows that there is a significant relationship between work safety application perception with work health (F = 10.709; R2 = 0.425; p = 0.00); the effective contribution is 18.1%. Work safety application perception has positive correlation with the use of self-protection equipment (r = 0.361, p = 0.00, effective contribution is 7.180%). The perception of work health service has positive correlation with the use of self-protection equipment (r = 0.394, p = 0.00, effective contribution is 10.906%). These two results describe that both perceptions of work safety application and work health service have positive relationship with the use of self-protection equipment for the nurses at the hospital.
