Perhitungan volumetric cadangan minyak awal pada daerah telitian menghasilkan estimasi Stock Tank Oil Initially In Place (STOIIP) sebesar 53,30 MMSTB.

The decline in national oil production necessitates optimization efforts and more accurate reserve evaluations in fields with remaining development potential. In an effort to identify these prospective reserves, this research was conducted in the "Bola" Field, Bengkalis Trough Sub-basin, Central Sumatra Basin, with a primary focus on Zone A of the Bekasap Formation. The objectives of this study are to determine the structural geological interpretation, perform reservoir petrophysical property modeling, and estimate the initial hydrocarbon reserves in place through volumetric calculations. The methodology integrates 3D Post-Stack Time Migration (PSTM) seismic data with data from four control wells. The research stages include data integration via well-to-seismic tie, fault and horizon interpretation (Top A and Bottom A), time-to-depth conversion, and reservoir property modeling using the Sequential Gaussian Simulation (SGS) geostatistical algorithm. Seismic interpretation results indicate that the study area is controlled by an anticlinal structure and North West – South East (NW-SE) trending oblique faults, which serve as both traps and seals for hydrocarbon accumulation. Based on petrophysical modeling, the reservoir in Zone A has an average effective porosity (PHIE) of 0.21 (21%) and an average water saturation (SW) of 0.77 (77%). Volumetric calculations for the initial oil reserves in the study area yield an estimated Stock Tank Oil Initially In Place (STOIIP) of 53.30 MMSTB.
