Pola pendidikan Agama Islam di Pondok Pesantren Al-Muayyad Mangkuyudan-Solo :: Suatu kajian religius

Beberapa dekade terakhir di Solo terjadi perselisihan antara orang Muslim Solo dengan etnis Tiong Hoa, sehingga berkembang anggapan bahwa Solo merupakan basis masyarakat fundamentalisme. Sebagai institusi keagaman, Pesantren memiliki tanggung jawab yang cukup besar dalam membentuk religiusitas dan sikap mental masyarakat sekitarnya. Pondok pesantren al-Muayyad yang berada di Mangkuyudan – Solo memiliki tanggung jawab yang sama. Pondok pesantren al-Muayyad sangat terbuka dengan dunia luar (masyarakat sekitar) karena segenap penghuni pesantren dapat melakukan akses dengan masyarakat sekitarnya kapan saja mereka mau asal sesuai dengan etika dan norma yang berlkaku di lingkungan tersebut. Keterbukaan hubungan komunitas pesantren dengan masyarakat sekitar merupakan potensi yang harus dibina secara tepat karena kondisi ini dapat menjadi pengaruh dalam menurunkan religiusitas santri dan santriwati jika mereka be rsentuhan dengan budaya yang bertentangan dengan Islam. Tetapi hal ini justru dapat berperan positif ketika komunitas pesantren mampu memberikan pengaruh kepada masyarakat sekitar terhadap sikap positif dan etika moral yang religius. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mencari kebenaran terhadap anggapan yang sedang berkembang terutama berkaitan dengan fundamentalisme terhadap Islam. Dengan demikian pendidikan Islam di pondok pesantren al-Muayyad dalam kaitannya dengan pemebentukan religiusitas santri menjadi sangat penting. Untuk dapat menghasilkan gambaran secara lengkap kesimpulan tentang religiusitas santri, maka penieliti mempergunakan tahapan-tahapan peneltitian yang terdiri dari penentuan obyek penelitian, identifikasi lokasi penelitian, observasi dan interview yang selanjutnya data diklasisfikasikan dan dianalisis sehingga menghasilkan kesimpulan yang berisi tentang religiusitas santri di pondok pesantren al-Muayyad Mangkuyudan – Solo.

Solo is one capital city in Central of Java. It has more Muslim comunity than the others. In the last decade a conflict between javanesse and etnic tionghoa have occored, because of that there is assumption that Solo has produced the Muslim fundamentalism. As a religious institution, Pesantren has big responsibility in performing the mentality of the society their religiousity. Pesantren al-Muayyad which is being in Mangkuyudan - Solo have the same responsibility, namely a good behavior and the religiosity. Pesantren al-Muayyad is very unique because it is very opened with the society sorrounding. It is possible to be become a good potency and also bad benefit to the comunity of pesantren. In this case the manager and staf in pesantren must be manage those potencies above very well. The santri (male student in pesantren) and santriwati (female student in pesantren) able to contact directly with their society, so Pesantren has to control them as fully. Pesantren must be selective to decide the best pattern to maintenance the attitude of pesantren’s comunities. If the community give their bad influence to the santri and santriwati, so they will have many challanges, but pesantren hopes that santri and santriwati can contribute a good influences to their society sorrounding. So this relationship must be constructed precisely. This research which is doing in pesantren al-Muayyad aims to look for the truth of the assumption which is expanding especially relate to the Islamic fundamentalism. Thereby the education of Islamic teaching is very important because it can be used as a tool to perform the religiosity of santri and santriwati. To be able to get a description completely and a good conclusion about the religiosity of santri and santriwati hence researcher compiles the step of research sistematically. That is data collecting, consist of determination of research object, identify location of research, interview and observation. Hereinafter data which have been gathered will be classified and analysed. Based on those method researcher hopes that it can yield a conclusion about the religiosity of santri and santriwati in Pesantren al-Muayyad - Solo.
