This study aims to analyze the financial feasibility of the cajuput–avocado agroforestry system developed under cajuput stands in RPH Kedungmerak, Perum Perhutani KPH Ngawi. The research was conducted in compartment 35C covering an area of 18.5 hectares, managed through a community-based partnership scheme (pesanggem). Financial feasibility was evaluated using Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), Benefit-Cost Ratio (BCR), and Payback Period (PP). The data included investment costs, operational costs, and revenues from avocado production and cajuput leaves (Melaleuca cajuputi). The results show that the NPV is IDR 985,783,783, the IRR is 18.02%, and the Net B/C is 3.35. A positive NPV indicates that the agroforestry system generates significant net benefits over the analysis period. The IRR, which exceeds the prevailing interest rate, reflects a favorable rate of return, while the Net B/C greater than one indicates that the benefits outweigh the costs, demonstrating economic efficiency. In addition, the payback period is relatively short within the business cycle. This system also contributes to increasing Perum Perhutani’s revenue through a profit-sharing scheme and improves the welfare of communities living around the forest. Therefore, the cajuput–avocado agroforestry system is financially feasible and profitable, with strong potential for sustainable development.
