PARTISIPASI PETANI MENGIKUTI PROGRAM SERAP GABAH DI KAPANEWON GODEAN KABUPATEN SLEMAN

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) mengetahui tingkat partisipasi petani yang telah mengikuti Program Serap Gabah di Kapanewon Godean, (2) menganalisis pengaruh peran penyuluh dalam usahatani padi, peran ketua kelompok dalam usahatani padi terhadap kualitas hasil panen padi dan partisipasi petani dalam Program Serap Gabah di Kapanewon Godean, (3) menganalisis pengaruh peran penyuluh dalam usahatani padi, peran ketua kelompok dalam usahatani padi terhadap partisipasi petani dalam Program Serap Gabah di Kapanewon Godean melalui kualitas hasil panen padi. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan Januari-Maret 2026. Lokasi penelitian ditentukan secara purposive di Kapanewon Godean Kabupaten Sleman. Metode dasar yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Pengumpulan sampel dilakukan dengan metode non probability sampling dengan metode sensus terhadap 58 petani yang telah mengikuti Program Serap Gabah di Kapanewon Godean. Analisis data dilakukan dengan uji proporsi, kemudian dilanjutkan dengan analisis SEM-PLS yang meliputi uji validitas konvergen, uji validitas diskriminan, dan uji reliabilitas. Selanjutnya, analisis diakhiri dengan uji hipotesis untuk mengetahui pengaruh antar variabel berdasarkan nilai koefisien jalur (path coefficient). Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas petani memiliki partisipasi tinggi dalam pelaksanaan Program Serap Gabah di Kapanewon Godean, peran penyuluh dalam usahatani padi berpengaruh langsung terhadap partisipasi petani dalam Program Serap Gabah di Kapanewon Godean, Peran penyuluh dalam usahatani padi berpengaruh langsung terhadap kualitas hasil panen padi, peran penyuluh dalam usahatani padi berpengaruh langsung terhadap peran ketua kelompok dalam usahatani padi, dan peran ketua kelompok dalam usahatani padi tidak mampu menjadi variabel mediator terhadap kualitas hasil panen padi dan kualitas hasil panen padi tidak mampu menjadi variabel mediator terhadap partisipasi petani dalam Program Serap Gabah di Kapanewon Godean. 

This research aims to: (1) determine the level of participation of farmers who have participated in the Paddy Procurement Program in Godean Sub-district, (2) analyze the influence of the role of extension workers in rice farming, the role of group leaders in rice farming on the quality of rice harvests and the participation of farmers who participated in the Paddy Procurement Program in Godean Sub-district, (3) analyze the influence of the role of extension workers in rice farming, the role of group leaders in rice farming on the participation of farmers who participated in the Paddy Procurement Program in Godean Sub-district through the quality of rice harvests. This study was conducted in January-March 2026. The research location was determined purposively in Godean Sub-district, Sleman Regency. The basic method used is a descriptive method using a quantitative approach. Sample collection was carried out using a non-probability sampling method with a census method of 58 farmers who had participated in the Paddy Procurement Program in Godean Sub-district. Data analysis was carried out using a proportion test, then continued with SEM-PLS analysis which included a convergent validity test, a discriminant validity test, and a reliability test. The analysis concluded with a hypothesis test to determine the influence between variables based on the path coefficient values. The results of the analysis indicate that the majority of farmers have high participation in the implementation of the Paddy Procurement Program in Godean Sub-district. The role of extension workers in rice farming directly influences farmer participation in the Paddy Procurement Program in Godean Sub-district. The role of extension workers in rice farming directly influences the quality of rice harvests. The role of extension workers in rice farming directly influences the role of group leaders in rice farming. The role of group leaders in rice farming is not a mediating variable for the quality of rice harvests, and the quality of rice harvests is not a mediating variable for farmer participation in the Paddy Procurement Program in Godean Sub-district.
