Peran Gapoktan Sidomulyo terhadap Implementasi Ekonomi Sirkular pada Usaha Tani Padi di Kapanewon Godean Kabupaten Sleman

Ekonomi sirkular yang berlandaskan prinsip 5R (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle, Recovery, dan Repair) merupakan salah satu pendekatan dalam mewujudkan sistem pertanian yang berkelanjutan. Penerapan konsep tersebut di tingkat petani masih menghadapi berbagai tantangan, salah satunya terkait dengan peran kelembagaan petani serta pemahaman petani mengenai praktik pertanian sehat. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran Gapoktan Sidomulyo dalam mengembangkan bisnis pertanian berbasis kawasan, serta menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinanan ketua kelompok tani  dan  persepsi petani mengenai pertanian sehat terhadap peran gapoktan dalam implementasi ekonomi sirkular pada usaha tani padi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode analisis deskriptif dan inferensial untuk menguji hipotesis serta hubungan antar variabel. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan metode purposive sampling terhadap 75 petani anggota kelompok tani padi yang tergabung dalam Gapoktan Sidomulyo. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan uji proporsi  untuk mengetahui tingkat peran gapoktan, serta Structural Equation Modelling (SEM-PLS) untuk menguji pengaruh langsung dan tidak langsung antar variabel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian kecil anggota gapoktan menilai bahwa gapoktan telah berperan dalam mengembangkan bisnis pertanian berbasis kawasan, sehingga peran gapoktan masih tergolong rendah dan belum dirasakan secara merata oleh seluruh anggota.hasil analisis SEM menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan ketua kelompok tani dan persepsi petani mengenai pertanian sehat berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap peran gapoktan. Selain itu, kepemimpinan dan persepsi juga berpengaruh secara langsung maupun tidak langsung terhadap implementasi ekonomi sirkular melalui peran gapoktan. 

A circular economy based on the principles of 5R (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle, Recovery, and Repair) is one of the approaches in realizing a sustainable agricultural system. The application of this concept at the farmer level still faces various challenges, one of which is related to the institutional role of farmers and farmers' understanding of healthy agricultural practices. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the role of Gapoktan Sidomulyo in developing region-based agricultural businesses, as well as analyze the influence of the leadership of farmer group leaders and farmers' perceptions of healthy agriculture on the role of Gapoktan in the implementation of the circular economy in rice farming. This study uses a quantitative approach with descriptive and inferential analysis methods to test hypotheses and relationships between variables. Data collection was carried out by purposive sampling method on 75 farmers who are members of the Sidomulyo Gapoktan. Data analysis was carried out using a proportional test to determine the level of the role of gapoktan, as well as Structural Equation Modelling (SEM-PLS) to test the direct and indirect influence between variables. The results of the study show that a small number of gapoktan members consider that gapoktan has played a role in developing region-based agricultural businesses, so that the role of gapoktan is still relatively low and has not been felt equally by all members.the results of the SEM analysis show that the leadership of the farmer group chairman and the perception of farmers regarding healthy agriculture have a positive and significant effect on the role of gapoktan. In addition, leadership and perception also directly and indirectly affect the implementation of the circular economy through the role of gapoktan.
