Analisis Semiotika Representasi Kepercayaan Gnostisisme Pada Gim Honkai Star Rail

HoYoverse menggunakan beberapa kepercayaan dan kebudayaan untuk referensi yang kemudian diolah agar sesuai dengan cerita yang ingin ditampilkan di dalam Honkai Star Rail. Dari sekian banyaknya kepercayaan dan kebudayaan yang digunakan untuk referensi, salah satu yang mencolok adalah penggunaan istilah dari Gnostisisme. Menggunakan analisis semiotika Roland Barthes, penelitian ini mencari mitos yang ditampilkan dalam representasi Gnostisisme di Honkai Star Rail. Selain penggunaan kata Aeon, representasi Gnostisisme diperlihatkan melalui dinamika Aeon terhadap makhluk lainnya, seperti ke pengikutnya dan ke sesama Aeon lainnya.

HoYoverse uses several beliefs and cultures as references, which are then adapted to fit the story they want to present in Honkai Star Rail. Among the many beliefs and cultures used as references, one that stands out is the use of terms from Gnosticism. Using Roland Barthes' semiotic analysis, this study seeks to identify the myths presented in the representation of Gnosticism in Honkai Star Rail. In addition to the use of the word Aeon, the representation of Gnosticism is shown through the dynamics of Aeon towards other beings, such as its followers and other Aeons.
