Sistem pakar penyakit infeksi tropik anak untuk paramedis

Telah dibangun Sistem Pakar Penyakit Infeksi Tropik Anak sebagai alat bantu paramedis yang dapat ditempatkan di Puskesmas untuk mendiagnosis penyakit pasien. Sistem ini menggunakan metode representasi kaidah produksi untuk merepresentasikan pengetahuan mengenai penyakit infeksi tropik anak. Desain mesin inference yang digunakan dalam mendiagnosis penyakit dibangun berdasarkan pengabungan penelusuran maju dan penelusuran mundur. Sedangkan saran terapi diberikan berdasarkan penelusuran secara mundur. Selain itu sistem juga dilengkapi dengan perhitungan tingkat kepercayaan hasil diagnosis. Hasil uji konsultasi dengan sistem menunjukkan bahwa sistem mampu menentukan penyakit dan tingkat kebenarannya berdasarkan gejala-gejala yang diberikan oleh user.

The Child Tropic Infection Diseases for Paramedic has been built as a tool did for paramedic can be placed at Puskesmas for diagnosis patient disease. This system uses production rule for representing the knowledge about child tropic infection diseases. The inference engine design used to diagnose has been built based on the combination of forward and backward chaining. The therapy advices given by the system is obtained from backward chaining mechanism. In addition, the system is completed with the computation of the degree of belief of the system diagnose. The result of consultation with the system shows that the system capable of diagnosing patient disease and determining its degree of belief according to given symptoms.
