Broilers are one of the most important poultry commodities for meeting the animal protein needs of the Indonesian population. Broiler growth performance was previously enhanced through the use of Antibiotic Growth Promoters (AGPs). However, AGPs have been banned due to the risks of antibiotic residues and antimicrobial resistance, thus safer alternatives are required. This study aimed to evaluate the effect of probiotic supplementation containing Bacillus coagulans DSM 32016 and Bacillus licheniformis DSM 33806 on the growth performance of Cobb500 broiler chickens. The study used a Completely Randomized Design (CRD). A total of 200 broiler chickens were divided into two groups: a control group (C) receiving a basal diet and a treatment group (TC) receiving a basal diet supplemented with probiotics. The feeding trial lasted for 35 days. The probiotic was administered at a concentration of 1 × 10¹? CFU/g with a dosage of 0.2 g/kg of feed. Observed parameters included Body Weight (BW), Average Daily Gain (ADG), Average Daily Feed Intake (ADFI), and Feed Conversion Ratio (FCR), which were measured weekly. Data normality was assessed using a Q–Q plot. Differences between the two independent groups were analyzed using a two-tailed independent two-sample t-test at a 95% confidence level (? = 0.05) using SAS version 9. Results showed that BW and ADG in the TC group were significantly higher than those C group from the second to the fifth week (p < 0>p < 0>p < 0>
