Penelitian
ini merancang dan mengimplementasikan arsitektur CI/CD multi-environment
berbasis GitHub Actions dan Terraform pada infrastruktur Hybrid cloud
yang menggabungkan VPS Hostinger sebagai server production utama dan AWS
(Lightsail, RDS, Route 53) sebagai komponen cloud managed, dengan studi
kasus pada aplikasi DOA Dashboard milik PT GMF Aero Asia Tbk. Mekanisme High
Availability diimplementasikan melalui DNS Failover Route 53 dengan health
check berkala yang secara otomatis mengalihkan traffic ke server backup
saat terjadi gangguan tanpa intervensi manual. Hasil implementasi menunjukkan
seluruh 20 requirement berhasil dipenuhi. Pipeline CI/CD
mengotomasi deployment ke tiga lingkungan dengan durasi rata-rata 4
menit 54 detik (target < 5>Failover menghasilkan
rata-rata RTO 77 detik (target < 180>auto-recovery 100%. Response
time p95 tercatat 85ms pada server production dan 129ms pada server backup
(target ? 500ms).
This research designs and implements a multi-environment CI/CD architecture based on GitHub Actions and Terraform on a Hybrid cloud infrastructure combining Hostinger VPS as the primary production server and AWS (Lightsail, RDS, Route 53) as cloud managed components, with a case study on the DOA Dashboard application of PT GMF Aero Asia Tbk. A High Availability mechanism is implemented through Route 53 DNS Failover with periodic health checks that automatically redirect traffic to the backup server during disruptions without manual intervention. Implementation results show all 20 requirements were successfully fulfilled.
