PENDERITAAN RAKYAT GAZA PADA ERA PENDUDUKAN ISRAEL DALAM PUISI “NAFSI AL-FIDA`U LI KULLI MUNTASIRIN HAZININ” KARYA TAMIM AL-BARGUSI: ANALISIS SEMIOTIK RIFFATERRE

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penderitaan rakyat Gaza pada era pendudukan Israel pada puisi “Nafsi al-Fida`u li Kulli Muntasirin Hazinin” karya Tamim al-Bargusi. Teori yang dimanfaatkan pada penelitian ini adalah teori semiotik, yaitu teori yang dimanfaatkan untuk menganalisis tanda-tanda. Sementara itu, metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dua dari empat metode semiotik yang dikemukakan oleh Michael Riffaterre, yaitu ketidaklangsungan ekspresi dan pembacaan semiotik yang terdiri atas pembacaan heuristik dan pembacaan hermeneutik.

Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penderitaan rakyat Gaza pada era pendudukan Israel dalam puisi “Nafsi al-Fida`u li Kulli Muntasirin Hazinin” berbentuk kehilangan keluarga dan orang-orang terdekat, kehancuran fasilitas kehidupan, keterbatasan hidup di bawah pengepungan, dan kehidupan warga sipil di bawah dominasi militer. Selain itu, puisi ini juga menggambarkan adanya upaya perlawanan rakyat Gaza dengan menguatkan solidaritas dan persatuan rakyat Gaza, serta membangun diplomasi moral dan seruan kemanusiaan. Dengan demikian, puisi “Nafsi al-Fida`u li Kulli Muntasirin Hazinin” merupakan cerminan realitas penderitaan yang dialami rakyat Gaza pada era pendudukan Israel, sekaligus perlawanan terhadap kondisi tersebut.

This study aims to analyze the sufferings of the people of Gaza during the Israeli occupation era as represented in the poem “Nafsi al-Fida`u li Kulli Muntasirin Hazinin” karya Tamim al-Bargusi. The theory used in this research is semiotic theory, which is a theory used to analyze signs. Meanwhile, the methods used in this research are two of the four semiotic methods proposed by Michael Riffaterre, namely the indirectness of expression and semiotic reading, which includes heuristic reading and hermeneutic reading.

The results show that the suffering of the people of Gaza during the Israeli occupation era in the poetry “Nafsi al-Fida`u li Kulli Muntasirin Hazinin” is in the form of loss of family and closest people, the destruction of vital facilities, the limitations of life under siege, and the condition of civilians living under military domination. In addition, the poetry also depicts efforts of resistance by the people of Gaza through strengthening solidarity and unity, as well as building moral diplomacy and humanitarian appeals. Thus, the poetry “Nafsi al-Fida`u li Kulli Muntasirin Hazinin” reflects the reality of the sufferings experienced by the people of Gaza during the Israeli occupation era, while simultaneously expressing resistance against such conditions.
