Local Hero dalam Keberlanjutan Program Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR): Studi Karakteristik Local Hero Bengkel Edupreneur Berdikari

Keberlanjutan program Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) sering kali terkendala oleh absennya kepemimpinan lokal yang efektif. Penelitian ini mengkaji dinamika kepemimpinan Local Hero dalam Program Bengkel Edupreneur Berdikari dengan fokus pada konstruksi legitimasi dan dampaknya terhadap kemandirian kelompok. Melalui studi kualitatif yang dianalisis menggunakan Implicit Leadership Theory (ILT), Konsep Kepemimpinan Local Hero, dan Konsep Keberlanjutan Program CSR, penelitian ini menemukan bahwa karakteristik Local Hero hadir melalui kompetensi teknis dan pemenuhan ekspektasi anggota terhadap sosok pemimpin yang diharapkan Legitimasi terbentuk karena figur tersebut memvalidasi prototipe "Bapak" dan "Ahli" dalam kognisi anggota, serta adanya mekanisme pembingkaian ulang kognitif yang mengubah persepsi ketegasan pemimpin menjadi motivasi kerja. Secara praktis, Local Hero berperan strategis sebagai perekat kohesi sosial yang menunjang stabilitas program (Nasriyati, 2018). Kendati demikian, penelitian ini menyingkap implikasi kritis berupa kepatuhan sukarela yang berisiko menciptakan jebakan ketergantungan agensi pada figur sentral. Studi ini berkontribusi pada pemahaman bahwa efektivitas pemberdayaan masyarakat sangat ditentukan oleh kesesuaian psikologis dan budaya antara pemimpin lokal dengan ekspektasi anggotanya.

The sustainability of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programs is often hindered by the absence of effective local leadership. This study examines the dynamics of Local Hero leadership within the Bengkel Edupreneur Berdikari Program, focusing on the construction of legitimacy and its impact on group self-reliance. Through a qualitative study analyzed using Implicit Leadership Theory (ILT), the Local Hero Leadership Concept, and the CSR Program Sustainability Concept, this research reveals that Local Hero characteristics emerge through technical competence and the fulfillment of members' expectations regarding the desired leader figure. Legitimacy is established because the figure validates the "Father" and "Expert" prototypes within the members' cognition, alongside a cognitive reframing mechanism that transforms the perception of the leader's firmness into work motivation. Practically, the Local Hero plays a strategic role as a binder of social cohesion that supports program stability (Nasriyati, 2018). However, this study uncovers a critical implication in the form of voluntary compliance, which risks creating an agency dependency trap on the central figure. This study contributes to the understanding that the effectiveness of community empowerment is heavily determined by the psychological and cultural alignment between local leaders and their members' expectations.
