This study aimed to determine the effect of tropical alfalfa substitution (Medicago sativa cv. Kacang Ratu BW) in the goat ration during lactation on the digestibility of crude fat, crude fiber and crude protein in vivo. This study used 12 goats with an average body weight of 35 ± 10 kg. Feed given by calculation of 6% of body weight based on dry matter and the ratio between forage and concentrate is 70 : 30. The type of feed treatment in detail uses an experimental design, namely a completely randomized design with P0 (control), P1, P2, and P3 treatments. P0 = 30% concentrate + 70% forage available. P1 = 30% concentrate + 35% gamal + 35?ssava leaves. P2 = 30% concentrate + 35% gamal + 35% indigofera. P3 = 30% Concentrate + 35% gamal + 35% tropical alfalfa. The observed variables included the digestion of crude fats, crude fiber, and crude proteins. Research data on nutrient digestibility (crude fat, crude fiber, crude protein) were analyzed using one-way anova based on a completely randomized design (CRD) with the help of the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) software version 20 and the significant differences be further tested with Duncan's New Multiple Range Rest test (DMRT). The results of the study showed that tropical alfalfa as a feed substitute was able to significantly increase the digestibility of crude fiber (p>0.05) compared to other treatments. Meanwhile, on the digestion of crude fats and crude proteins had no significant effect (p<0>
