The development of natural resources can be used by maximixing the nature tourism sector. The nature tourism sector which activities are to increase the economic sector of local people and to sustain the natural resources is ecotourism. The research was done to establish the guiding track of ecotourism around the Seplawan cave which is located in Donorejo village, sub district Kaligesing, Purworejo Regency, Central Java Province. Goals of the reseach are as follows (1) to recognize the spread of potency and the characteristic of the area with in the geophysis aspect, biotics, uniqness and rareness around the area of Seplawan cave. (2) Establish the ecotourism guiding track in Seplawan cave and around it. The collected datas are the potency of tourism attraction, lanscape potency, visual potency, flora potency, the potency of fauna, the diversity of flora and fauna, and the variable to determine the ecotourism guiding track. The primary data collection was carried out by (1) determine the potency of tourism attraction by inventoring the potency based on the direct observation the field and the information from the local people. (2) the lanscape potency determined using the modifiedleopold method (1978)visual potency determined by using the Bereau of land management method (1986). (3) The potency of flora determined by using purposive sampling square method. The potency of fauna determined by using the direct observation and undirect observation by examine the footpaint, rubbish, voices, or the other sigh and information from the local people. The selected tourism attraction potencies are linked by ecotourism guiding track determination analysis based on variable estimation on the determination of the ecotourism guiding track. The variables are length, consuming time in the track to the tourism attraction, difficulty level and carrying capacity of the track. The analysis result are determined the selected track which is linkedto the several tourism attraction. In the research of tourism attraction potency, using five tourism attraction potencies namely, Seplawan Cave, Seplawan Cave Tower, Kelir Hill Tower, Dwelling Village, and The Pine Forest Area. The tourism attraction are linked with the three ecotourism guiding track, they are, first track, the theme is adventure introduction to the nature and the history of Donorejo Village, the track is 4421 m and it comsume 140 minutes, it has a high difficulty level, the capacity is 176 visitor per day, the track is for adult. The second track, the theme is culture and art and the nature beauty of Donorejo Village, it is 3618 m and it takes 110 minutes, moderat difficulty level, the capacity is 144 visitor per day, the track suitable for children. The third track has cave recreation and nature hills of Donorejo Village for the theme it is 3621 m and is takes 110 minutes, high difficulty level, the capacity is 144 visitor per day, the track suitable for adult.
