Pinus merkusii Jungh. et de Vriese is a spesies of trees which is able to endure and grow on severe site. Multiple products, at least timber and resin produce by pine tree, resulting as a good choice for Plantation Forest (HTI). For resin yield it is necessary of having an equation model to predict the production of resin. The purpose of the research is to find an equation model elaborating the relationship between yield and determinant variables. It is expected that the yield of resin per hectare on various site and conditions can be estimated by using the model. Data analysis was processed by using backward elimination procedure and extra sum squares principle.
