Budaya organisasi, kompensasi finansial dan karakteristik individu diyakini berpengaruh terhadap kinerja. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh hubungan persepsi budaya organisasi dan persepsi kompensasi finansial serta karakteristik responden dengan kinerja dosen di Fakultas Kedokteran Gigi Universitas Mahasaraswati. Rancangan penelitian ini adalah survei cross sectional yang melibatkan 31 orang dosen sebagai sampel. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuesioner, wawancara dan telaah dokumen. Kuesioner diukur dengan Skala Likert. Data dianalisis dengan analisis regresi dan model general linier. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan persepsi budaya organisasi dengan kriteria sedang (64,5%) dan persepsi kompensasi finansial kurang (70,97%). Hasil analisis statistik menunjukkan persepsi budaya organisasi tidak berhubungan bermakna dengan kinerja (p>0,10), sedangkan persepsi kompensasi finansial secara bermakna berhubungan dengan kinerja penelitian (p=0,086; Exp(B)=1,188). Terdapat hubungan bermakna antara masa kerja dengan kinerja kehadiran kuliah (p=0,083; Exp(B)=1,146) dan kinerja membimbing skripsi (p=0,001; B=0,932). Terdapat hubungan yang bermakna antara umur dengan kinerja pengabdian masyarakat (p=0,034; Exp(B)=1,327). Kesimpulan, dosen dengan persepsi kompensasi finansial yang kurang menunjukkan kinerja penelitian rajin. Masa kerja yang lebih lama menunjukkan kinerja kehadiran kuliah kurang rajin, tetapi menunjukkan kinerja membimbing skripsi rajin. Dosen yang lebih tua menunjukkan kinerja pengabdian masyarakat yang kurang rajin.

Background: Organization culture, financial compensation and personal characteristic were believed to influence performance. This study aimed to determine the influence of perceptions about of organization culture, financial compensation and characteristics of respondents with the performance of lecturers in the Faculty of Dentistry, Mahasaraswati University. Methods : This study was a cross sectional survey, involving 31 lecturers as the study sample. Data collected using questionaires, interviews and document analyses. Questionaires were measured based on Likert Scale. Analysis techniques used regression and general linear model analyses. Results: Results showed that 64.51% respondents had moderate perception of organization culture and 70.97% respondents had negative perception of financial compensation. Statistical analysis results showed no significant correlation among perceptions about organizational culture with performance (p>0.10), whereas there was significant correlation between financial compensation perception and research performance (p=0.086; Exp(B)=1.188). There were significant correlations among length of employment with lecturers performance (p=0.083; Exp (B):1.146) and thesis supervision performance (p=0,001; B=0.932). There was significant correlation between age and community service performance (p=0,034; Exp(B)= 1.327). Conclusion: Lecturers with lower perception on financial compensation showed higher research performance. Those with longer employment had lower lecturing performance, but higher thesis supervision performance. Older lecturers indicated lower community service performance.
