Efek nyeri akut pasca pembedahan terhadap kualitas hidup

Mencari korelasi antara derajat nyeri akut pasca pembedahan dengan kualitas hidup. Cross sectional study Penderita yang menjalani tindakan pembedahan elektif di gedung bedah sentral RS Dr. Sardjito Yogyakarta. 160 pasien ASA I dan II, umur 18-65 tahun, yang menjalani operasi daerah superfisial tubuh seperti struma, hemoroid, tumor kulit dan subkutis, pembedahan tulang ekstremitas atas, pembedahan daerah mata, telinga, hidung, tenggorok, daerah genital. Penderita dilakukan interview dalam waktu 24 jam pasca pembedahan dengan kuesioner short form 12. Pengukuran utama : VPS (visual pain scale), komponen fisik (PCS : physical component score) dan komponen mental (MCS : mental component score) kualitas hidup. Hasil : terdapat korelasi negatif antara derajat nyeri akut pasca pembedahan dengan kualitas hidup. Kesimpulan : terdapat korelasi antara derajat nyeri akut pasca pembedahan dengan kualitas hidup.

Objective : to search correlations between postoperative acute pain and health related quality of life. Design : Cross sectional study. Setting : Patient under go elective surgery in central operating theatre Dr. Sardjito Hospital. Subject : 160 patient ASA I and II, age between 18 – 65 years, under go surgery at superficial body e.g. struma, haemorhoid, cutis and subcutis tumors, upper extremity bones, eyes, ears, nose, throat, and genital areas. Interventions : Interviews the patients at 24 hours postoperative with SF-12. Main outcome measurement : VPS (visual pain scale), PCS (physical component score), MCS (mental component score). Result : event negative correlation between severity postoperative acute pain and health related quality of life. Conclusions : event correlation between severity postoperative acute pain and health related quality of life.
