Burnout causes mental and physical problems that have an impact on the decline in the quality of service to patients, this study examines the description of burnout of anesthesiologist nurses in the Surgical and Anesthesia Room Installation at Dr. Sardjito General Hospital, so the formulation in this research plan is how the description of burnout of anesthesiologist nurses at Dr. Sardjito General Hospital.
