THE EFFECT OF BUBBLING METHOD ON THE PERFORMANCE OF MICRO-BUBBLE GENERATOR

Besides, micro-bubble generator is simpler in construction and has the ability to purify water better than other technologies (Sadatomi et al., 2007). But until now there is no micro-bubble generator which can generate an optimum micro-sized bubbles and effective. An experimental investigation to find the optimum design of micro-bubble generator. Micro-bubble generator with porous pipe and orifice¸ micro-bubble generator with porous pipe and spherical body¸ and micro-bubble generator with spherical body and drilled holes were investigated in this work. The hydraulic power¸ bubble generation efficiency¸ and dissolved oxygen transfer were defined as parameters of the performance of micro-bubble generator. The method is explained in detail in this paper.
