Dampak kemitraan usaha terhadap produksi Tembakau Virginia di Kabupaten Lombok Timur, 2003

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dampak pola kemitraan usaha terhadap produksi tembakau virginia di Kabupaten Lombok Timur. Penelitian yang dilaksanakan bersifat deskriptif, tertuju pada masalah-masalah aktual pada Usahatani tembakau virginia yang dilaksanakan pada tahun 2003, yang didesain dalam bentuk penelitian survei. Hipotesis yang diajukan dianalisis dengan menggunakan uji regresi linier berganda (Methods of Ordinary Least Square – OLS) dan uji signifikan antara dua mean factor menggunakan t-test. Dari hasil uji regresi diperoleh nilai koefisien determinan (R2) komulatif produksi dan faktor faktor produksi yang cukup tinggi sebesar 0,995 berarti bahwa variasi produksi tembakau virginia 99,50 % disebabkan oleh variasi luas tanam, bibit, pupuk, pestisida, tenaga kerja dan ikut tidaknya kemitraan, sedangkan 0,50% disebabkan oleh variasi dari faktor-faktor lain yang tidak dipergunakan dalam mengestimasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor-faktor produksi seperti bibit, pestisida, tenaga kerja, luas tanam dan kemitraan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produksi tembakau virginia. Nilai F-hitung sebesar 1.1564,427 bila dibandingkan dengan F-tabel sebesar 2,37 maka F-hitung >F-tabel. Nilai koefisien determinan (R2 ) sebesar 0,722, berarti bahwa variasi pendapatan bersih 72,20 % disebabkan oleh variasi produksi, sedangkan 27,80 persen disebabkan oleh variasi dari faktor – faktor lain yang tidak dipergunakan dalam mengestimasi. Nilai F-hitung 119,193 >F-tabel 4,00, berarti produksi tembakau virginia berpengaruh positip dan signifikan terhadap pendapatan bersih petani. Produksi per hektar 2.115 kg petani mitra dan 1.791 Kg petani non mitra. Produksi yang dicapai petani mitra lebih tinggi dari petani non mitra. Ini sejalan dengan hasil uji perbedaan antara dua mean factor ( dua rata – rata ) memperlihatkan t-hitung > t-tabel (t-hitung produksi = 15,10 > 2,064, t-hitung pendapatan bersih = 15,90 > 2,064) berarti terjadi perbedaan yang siginifikan antara produksi dan pendapatan bersih petani mitra dan petani swadaya.

In general, this is a descriptive survey study. It is aimed at identifying the impact of business Partnership Model applied presently at affect the production of Virginia Tobacco in East Lombok. The focus of the study was actually problems facing Virginia Tobacco farmers from 2003 up to the present time. The proposed hypotesis was tested using linear regression methods (OLS = Ordinary Least Square) and Significance test of mean factors using t- test. The study indicated that production factors, such us the lands planting, seedlings, pesticides and business partnership model significantly affected the production of Virginia Tobacco. The score of calculated F was 1564.427 when compared to F-table, i.e. 2.37 Thus, calculated F is greather than F-table. The determinant coefficient score (R²), i.e. 0,722 This mean that the variations of farmer income (72,20%) was due the production yielded factors. Anather in fluencing factor (27,80%) affecting the fluctuation was the variation of other that were not employed when making the estimation. The score of calculated F was 119.193, when compared to F table, i.e. 4.00. Thus calculated F is greater than F tabel. It mean that along with the increase of production the farmers income was also increasing. The production of 2.115 kg yield from partnering farmers and 1.791 kg of that of non-partnering farmers. The production yielded by the partnering farmers was greater than that of non-partnering farmers. The result of this study also indicated that income of partnering farmers were higher than that of non partnering farmers. This was also in the line with the result of tes of t – tes between two means which indicated that the calculatedt of production was 5,10 > 2,064 the calculated of income was 15,90 > 2,064). It means that there was as significant difference between the production and income of partnering of farmer as compared to the non partnering ones. It can be concluded that the application of business partnership model had a positive impact toward the Virginia Tobacco production in East Lombok Regency.
